INTRODUCTION It is an old saying that health is wealth and in present time having a life which is free from health issues is such a blessing of god. But as the environmentand life style changes it is just next to impossible to even imagine a life without any disease, therefore there are such leading public health organizations which takes the responsibility of public health and prescribes effective guideline that protect the society from the various kinds of diseases. Health care is most important for the population of London , in the United Kingdom and these report covers the roles of heath care organizations like National Health and Social Care and World Health Organization whichprovides statistical data about theinfectious and non – infectious disease, different approachesandcontrollingstrategiesofthedisease, currentprioritiesandapproaches, prevalence of disease, impact of current lifestyle, well-being priorities, and forth (Choi and et. al., 2015). TASK 1 1.1 Roles of different agencies in identifying levels of health and disease in communities There are numerous agencies which prevents the society from perils of disease including World Health Organization (WHO), Primary Care Trust, National Healthand Social Care (NHS), and so on. These all organizations has different policies but they has a single motive and that is to create a safe environment for the public and they also forms risk free atmosphere. There are such institution which are working for the public health and care are described below- World Health Organization– World Health Organization works for health issues on international level and its main agenda is to provide support for healthy life. The agency collects the data about all types of disease that have significant impact on the public health and it also establishes the process to provide assistance to overcome the affect on individual and society. Its major role is to analyse condition of people across the world and renders the essential support by offering funds and technology to overcome the affect of disease and increase the health level (Wodarski, 2014). National Healthand Social Care– TheNational Healthand Social Care is also a leading organization is the UK which provides direction and local health and social care organisation in the country. It maintains the service standard through monitoring disease through out the society in a proper manner. NHS also analyse the data for non – infectious and infectious 1
disease in order to develop more proficient data to overcome the negative impact on the health of population. 1.2 Explain using statistical data, the epidemiology of one infectious and one non- infectious disease There are two major kinds of disease that is also known as infectious and non – infectious diseases. The infectious disease refers to the flu due to the organic disorder due to bacteria, viruses like diabetes, HIV. On the other side, non – infectious disease is refers to the non – communicable disorders that arises from the heredity or dietary habitsetc (Kohl and et. al., 2012,). Infections –Infectious disease are also generated through change in the environment according to the analysis of data of the UK, it can also carried out there are three persons on ten people suffering from various kind of influenza. When the complications are more increases then it can be sinus, dehydration, congestive heart failure and pneumonia. The statistics shows that 30,000 people died in 2012 -2013 due toinfluenzaand to overcome the affect of infection disease the NHS is providing the information to prevent from the infectious disease. HIV is also one of that disease which is dangerous for mankind the public health study interprets the data of HIV infections. Tuberculosis is also a disease is which requires almost a six months period for treatment with proper medications. The United Kingdom is gradually becoming a place of disease with the rising number of disease with hazardous affects. When tuberculous reborn into 2

multidrug resistant then it becomes so hard to to cure from the disease with the available medicines (Marmot and Bell, 2012). Diabetes is also serious disease that affects the body of a person and lead to the high complexity on the nervous system and increase the heart attacks. As per the NHS report more than 1 million people of the UK are affecting from diabetes. 1.3 Effectiveness of different approaches and strategies to control the incidence of disease To prevent and control the impact ofrecognized disease the leading health-care organizations are using different approaches and strategies for the betterment of the society and that are mentioned below - New Vaccination –In the beginning medical science or health care department introduce different kind of techniques or tools in order to cure the population from the jeopardize diseases such as small pox, tuberculosis, etc. For an instance, there are almost 40000 children who are being under protection of TB (Sørensen and et. al., 2012). Developing appropriate diagnostic techniques– It is necessary to diagnose a disease before givinga treatment for the betterment of public because without diagnoses the an individual cannot be cured. TASK 2 2.1 Research to determine current priorities and approaches Assessment shows that the whole world is fighting with a health issues and one of that is tuberculosis and there are numerous approaches which can prevent the society from harmful diseases. Preventing from illness– The illness prevention provides the medication facility to stay apart from the hard disease that can give a dangerous results. For this the medical professionals prescribed such antibiotics so that the person can cure from the sicknesses. Surveillance– Surveillance refers to observation of environment and it means to keep a close eyes on surroundings that give a prior notice of effects of the upcoming diseases. It helps to introduce the precautions from the disease that are going to be implement soon due environment affects (Douglas sand et. al., 2011). Immunisation– Immunisation is a technique in which a person can be able to deal with the disease that transfers due to infections and that can be cured by vaccination. 3
Educational and social welfare programs– Disease can be controlled by some extent by educating people about the prevention techniques. If the population can be aware about the ill effects of disease then they can be safe themselves from the hazardous diseases. 2.2 Relation between prevalence of disease and requirements of services In health care sector, it is required to examine disease and infected individual within large number of population. Prevalences is a mathematical concept in which data is identity through statistical methods to analyse number of infected candidates among people. It is hard to analyse individual's need and their requirement for specific health care service (Takagi, Kondo and Kawachi, 2013). This is required to carry out proper research to analyse exact rate of disease in a country that negatively impact of individual's health. In this time period, lifestyle of individual and their routine maximise number of disease and make them sick. Main reason behind is unhygienic food and storage, impure drinking water and uses of fas food maximise different types of disease in human body. It is require to take a step forward to provide healthy and secure life to everyone. In this procedure heath and social care organisations as NHS and WHO have to provide exact information to each and every individual to prevent their health properly. In this process they require to conduct check up activities onregular bases to provide appropriate health care services to users. These things helps to reduce negative impact and minimise critical situations to cure individuals health properly. 2.3 Impact of current lifestyle choices on future needs for health For a individual, it is required to live healthy lifestyle that helps to maximise their inner strength and capability. In this procedure, they require to use exact and healthy life by following proper diet and healthy routine. Through this they can easily maximise proper immunity system of body (Smith and Hellowell, 2012). WHO require to provide proper information to individual as taking proper food, routines exercise, routine check up and taking hygienic supplement that make them strong to reduce negative impact of several disease. Some of the individuals are uses Cigarette smoking and Tobacco in their lifestyle but these activities impact negatively on their body and reduce their immunity system. For improving health care activities, individual can use different aspects as - Maximise exercise activities:- A individual required to implement exercise activities in their routine lifestyle. Through this they can easily live healthy and positive life. This is make 4
them physically fit and mentally concentrate toward their ambitions and goals. These activities helps to b maximise efficiency level of a individual and reduce stress as well as impact of furthers disease. Eating balanced diet:- now a days, each and every individual lives a fast lifestyle. In between this they avoid proper supplement and food diet that helps to make them healthy and improve their immunity system properly. These habits make them strong from inner part and provide appropriate nutrients for body. TASK 3 (Covered in Brochure) CONCLUSION As per above report it has been summarised that for a individual, it is required to live healthy lifestyle. In this procedure healthy diet and proper exercise helps to make provide inner strength and proper immunity system. Health care organisations require to provide their effective services to user to cure their health easily. 5
