to enhance lifestyle of people or communities by preventing and
destroying different types of diseases.
It is important to take some steps to protect good health of citizens
of country.

People have to being always healthy by taking proper balanced
diet and regular exercise or yoga to remain medically fit. An
individual is known as well being when that person is healthy,
happy and satisfied with surroundings and comfortable to live.
People has several factors of health such as social, physical,
environmental, economical and so on.
