INTRODUCTION
Health is the most important aspect in any country. Public health & social care is one of
the area which is more concerned by the government. Because of various components, there are
many hazards related to health that are reported in all around the world. It is necessary to
consider all the factors very seriously and updated all the procedures and policies related to
health management in order to control the issues (Biehl and Petryna, 2013). The health and
social care sector work collectively with government and private entities in order to implement
these procedures and policies effectively. Support of common public is necessary to manage
public health. In the present assignment, given company is National Health service which deals
in healthcare department. The organisation administers healthcare to local residents with free
services and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. The report covers roles of different
authorities in determining levels of health in communities and effectiveness of different
strategies and methods to monitor and control the incidence of disease. Apart from this,
influence of present choices of lifestyle on future needs for health care services are defined.
Understanding of different factors that impact the health & well being of individuals are also
explained in this report.

After conducting research, NHS can identified how many number of person are suffering
Tuberculosis diseases at entire world (Emmenegger, 2012). Therefore different approaches are
available which is needed for conserving community from harmful illness or diseases which
impacted person in its daily life.
Sickness prevention: It is identify as a part of drug which required by preserving persons
in order to keep strategic space from irresistible diseases.
Treatment: It is one of the important thing which is required by person who are suffering
from tuberculosis problems in its life. It is essential for the NHS to hardening the ailment in an
effective and efficient manner. Currently, it has been introduce that the better care is dedicated

recover the person live with infection.
Palliative care: It is separated from the health and social insurance which mainly
emphasis on repressing or discharging the patients distress. Various from facility of doctor's is
palliative prescription and mind are suited for preventing person who suffering diseases of all
stages.
Along with this, entire community is also going through several main issue such as
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) (Aveyard, 2014). It is danger and effective for public and
its life in an efficient manner. Due to this, there are three kinds by which HIV get relay to
another which is determined as follows:

 Last aspect by which Human immunodeficiency virus infected to other people is mother
to its child.
Hence, if above things get regulated and monitored then hindrance of human immunodeficiency

important and significant for NHS in order to make effective policies and plans for monitoring
diseases and its impacts.
