service regarding video, lighting and rigging systems for festivals, live shows, touring and
television shows. For effective functioning and manage systematic flow of information, the
business entity uses cloud technology; it supports to smoothly completion of all business
activities. In order to, decide whether to adopt and utilize cloud computing companies need to
consider carefully its benefits and risks. However, an enthusiasm about cloud computing often

8: SELF REFLECTION
Throughout the assessment it has been identified that handling of cloud technology is
highly complex due to the modern method of handling and its features which are not able to
understand properly. However, handling of large business project is highly risky situation due to
the fluctuation of various external and internal factors. I have gone through numerous of

problems such as; sometime there is a shortage of funds, resources, unavailability of labours and
so on. One of the major thing which I was observed throughout the project is that assessment of
customers opinions that is highly indispensable for controlling the extra cost of an organization.
Although, choices or preferences of consumers always fluctuates due to the changes in other
market areas. Basically, adoption of new technology is increasing at rapid pace because it is
beneficial for an organization in several manner as well as supports researcher while managing
various business activities. In fact, I amazed that almost 80% world is surrounded with modern
tools and using in their day to day live for various purposes. Hence, it is understood that digital
tools just like cloud technology is advantageous for company in various manner such as;
facilitate employees while performing their business activities like accomplishing job role in a
minimum time frame. Apart from this, I am also seen that research is very complex procedure
because data collection process is full of confusing due to the presence of various close
substitutes. Last but not the least, I have seen that proper time and resources are requisite to
attain set objectives or goals of overall project in a given duration.
On the basis of above described report, I use primary and secondary method which help
me in collecting and gathering accurate data and information while completing of research
report. While conducting this research, I am able to gain required knowledge and skills which
help me in developing accurate research project. It can be analysed that I am capable for
maintaining and managing all required functions and its activities of business. Sometime, I feel
that I am confused while collecting authentic data and information for developing project. For
this, I am use different sites related to the topic and confused which is appropriate or not. On the
other hand, this will assist me in analysing and examining cloud technology which can be used
