world also get affected by digitalisation, many large and small business entities are tend towards
applying new and innovative technologies within its working processes. It leads to manage flow
of production and business operations in an effective manner. Although, technology starts with
modifying the way of doing business in an apparent effort for gaining high competitive edge
over rest of external rivals (Beetham and Sharpe, 2013). The key factor for successful digital
transformation is to provide solutions and services targeted to vertical markets. Cloud technology
brings potential benefits to small businesses, like – enhancing productivity and costs savings. It
constitutes the way by which business associations provide services with computing resources
which implies cloud technology growing at fast pace.
The present research is based upon Solotech Inc. which engaged in providing solution
towards broadcasting, radio and monitoring to retail businesses and educational institutes. The
firm is founded in 1977 and presently serve its services over the world. Solotech Inc. also offers
service regarding video, lighting and rigging systems for festivals, live shows, touring and
television shows. For effective functioning and manage systematic flow of information, the
business entity uses cloud technology; it supports to smoothly completion of all business
activities. In order to, decide whether to adopt and utilize cloud computing companies need to
consider carefully its benefits and risks. However, an enthusiasm about cloud computing often
provokes a certain level of scepticism. Cloud technology allows organizations to use their
hardware and software investments in more prompt ways and obtain high competitive edge.

business and will take company to new heights of success by giving its fruitful outcomes in
