Evidence/example/explanation of the problem Following is the list of evidences (Quintanilla & Wahl, 2018): 1.Email communication is not competently managed. Possibly, they do it occasionally like when they have some disagreement on a management decision. 2.Active listening is not significantly managed. There can be various reasons like staffs do not pay attention to a speech delivered during an official meeting. They rather would be keeping themselves busy with phones. 3.Informal communication does not significantly exist. It may be that the management lack creativity and feel like not going for a change. ii. Why is it important to solve this problem? A lack of effective communication can result in adverse consequences. These are but not limited to delay in projects, project failure, increased stress, missed performance goals and lost sales (Lasater, 2019). These consequences apart from hampering the company’s revenue may also result in its reputational damage. b. Solution i. Who Themanagementteamwillberesponsiblefordevisingstrategytoimprove communication in the workplace. The ideas to improve communication can be obtained either by

What By doing benchmarking with a competitor company few factors can be identified as KPIs to improve the workplace communication at BRISBeautyPro (BBP). With the brainstorming sessions, range of ideas cold be obtained. One or few ideas can be chosen to be applied to the workplace communication (Chmielecki, 2015). iii. Where Brainstorming session will take place in the workplace. iv. When This can be done while during a meeting or also staffs can be asked to drop a chit in a box dedicated to staff suggestions. The chits will contain list of diverse suggestions to improve workplace communication and facilitate informal communication at BRISBeautyPro (BBP) (Thompson, 2018). v. Why Benchmarking is a good way to know what is trending in the industry. Additionally, staff suggestions will produce range of ideas along with it this will also boost employee engagement (Lasater, 2019).
