They are designed foroutlining every kind of working rules. This also includes the responsibilities that are primarilycontrolled and coordinated. On the other hand, some researchers also pointed out that theorganizational structure mainly helps in terms of determining the proper information flows atdifferent levels of an organization. The following study has provided an elaborate explanation of the organizational structure.This also includes the proper understanding of different operational problems taking place in anycompany. Along with this, we have selected ERP as best suited solution for the resolution of alldifferent organizational issues that mainly faced on DickSmithFood. Next a flow chart is includedhere to recognize every kind of functional process along with the problems based on the process ofsales at DickSmithFood. 1.2. Current Organizational StructureAs stated by Galliers and Leidner (2014), the organizational structure for any organizationturns to be one of the vital components to resolve various kinds of process related functionally ornon-functionally. This is primarily considered by any company to control every developmentalcomponent on the basis of the company’s culture and structure. However, the organizationalstructure of DickSmithFood in respect of all types of both functional and non-functional measures isdepicted below:

In-proper Strategic Management: The potential development rising due to the efficientorganizational structure helps in managing every other perspectives of strategic management.Peppard and Ward (2016) discussed that, all other strategic decision making processes andfunctionalities are performed properly due to proper organizational structure that are not availablein DickSmithFood.
