INTRODUCTION
 In accordance with the conference organised by managers in TUI Group they are planning to install a
new business setup in China.
 They were mainly focused over dealing with business tours and travelling in Chinese market. Hence,
this will be the idea of developing the cross culture relationship with this country as well as
promoting trade and businesses.
 Thus, in order to expand the business at such place there is need to make a deep survey which helps
them in analysing the locals' environment of this place and the governmental policies. However, in
accordance with the year 2016 the numbers of Chinese travellers has been increased in the UK
market.
 They have contributed more than 500 million in UK economy which can be assumed by government
that during April to June it will be raise up to 35% of such collection. Hence in order to attract the
large numbers of tourists in country the Prime minister and the legislature has facilitated various
services like increasing the visa duration, lowering down the rate of transportation and currency
exchanges.

2.1 Analysing the role of government towards
TTM industries
 The role of government is to make the favourable improvements as well as funding to such business.
 Hence, tourism is the big source of revenue gathered by a country.
 Thus, there can be influences of various governmental bodies which are facilitating such financial
services to these firms.
 However, apart from funding the role also lay down over the health and safety of individuals which
are done by focusing over the uses of infrastructure facilities and transportation like Airways,
Railways and Roadways.

GOVERNMENT
 British government has recently implemented various rule and regulations in order to enhance the
travel and tourism sectors.
 In accordance with inviting the maximum numbers of traveller or visitors.
 There has been influence of three categorise of the governmental bodies which are facilitating the
positive legislations and the rules for the visitors such as Local, Regional and national.
 Hence, in accordance with rules for 2016 which are relevant with the tourists from China will be able
to apply the visa for visiting UK will be Valid for 2 years as well as there are planning to introduce
the 10 year visa entrance for such tourists.
 In order to enhance satisfactory services to such tourists the government is planning to enhance the
level of Accommodation facilities as well as improving the conditions of the historical and tourists
places.
 They are also panning innovate the travelling modes like better railways and roadways as well as
within the convenient prices.

GOVERNMENT SPONSORED BODIES
 By considering the development of the capital projects like damns, roadways and maintenance of the
various historical monument there are requirements for the proper amount of funds and finance.
 Hence, there can be influence of various governmental bodies who are sponsoring the travel and
tourism sector as well as give monetary benefits to such developments.
 These agencies are ALVA, ABTA, BETA, AIM, BHA etc. they are helping tourists and visitors at
such places suggest them the suitable solution relevant to any obstacle.

INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES
 For the international transaction such as tours and travels and trade or business there has been various
agencies which are executing or facilitating the best suitable methods for such clients.
 Hence, in relation with transportation and tourism there will be influences government's personal
interest such as UNWTO which promotes the development of local tourist destination as well as
increase the tourists at such places.
 There are several international agencies which are enhancing the performances of the tourism sector
such as United nation, European nation, world tourism and travel council, international air transport
association and World Tourism organisations.
 Hence, these are acting as to award the best knowledge and information to the tourists. Thus, these in
turn helps the country in having effective economy as well as they will be able to make fruitful
development of historical sites and monuments.

 The economic policies which are distracting the large numbers of tourisms industries such as higher
exchange rates, taxes and various laws which are good but sometime become hectic for travellers to
understand them.

 In accordance with developing the local economy the TUI Group is planning to invite the large
numbers of business clients from various nations as well as from China.
 Hence, which in turn helps them to analyse and seek the requirements in the UK market as well as
they can be able to make their operational decisions.
 Thus, it will be fruitful for the local political bodies in order to get the new employment opportunities
for the residents as well as they can have new technologies and business chains in the area.
 There can be business relevant with the Chinese restaurants, Automotive industries as well as various
shops ore material will be imported from such countries.

CENTRAL ECONOMIC POLICIES
 TUI Group is running as the best travelling agency in the country which are also facilitating the
favourable amount of contribution to the British economy as well as also giving the better travel
experiences to tourists which in turn inviting more tourists to the nation.
 Thus, there has been various impacts of the political changes over such travelling industries like due
to infrastructure facilities in the particular nation, visa and immigration policies, currency exchange
rates and the various public or private industries.
