It is very important for a country to safeguard the all
the activities which have been carried out by the travel
and tourism sector, it is necessary for a country to
protect its travel and tourism activity as it is one of the
industry which shall generate a lot of economy for the
country.
When any tourist visit the country it shall spend
money on the services he want to avail which will
generate strong financial background for the country

It is important for the country and its government to
protect its travel and tourism activity help the country
to bring lot of development which will surely attract
the tourist to visit the place. There are many steps
which has been taken by the government in order to
protect travel and tourism.
UK government has enacted and established many
regulatory bodies known as travel and tourism
authority which shall look for all the activities of
tourism. There are many regulation and act has been
enacted by the government by which the interest of the
tourist has been protected

There have been many legal responsibility has been
carried out by the hospitality department. Such
responsibility has been given by the government in
order to protect the interest of tourist. There are travel
and tourism law which has been enacted by the UK
government.
The reason behind the establishment of such law is to
raise legal obligation on the person who has been
violating the rights of a tourist of the tourist himself
feels that some of his interest regarding the tourism has
been infringed. Tourist is always considered as the
consumer of the services that is why, his rights were
also governed by the consumer act of the country.
