In this regard, both the house and the Senate of the United States should ensure that laws are in place which ban the use of cellphones while driving countrywide. II.IntroductionThe question of whether driving under the cellular influence cause a car crash comes to the same answer, that it does. Cellphones have taken over a large part of the day to day activities of human beings in this modern era. In fact, it is difficult to find any person who does not own a cellphone. As the use of this devices increases, the dangers that result from the use of cell phonesalso increase (Rosenbloom, 2006). Several laws have been enacted that limit people’s freedom for the sake of their safety. Case in point, the ban on driving under intoxication.
