The stakeholder management can be considered to be an integral part of the
organization and in regard to this, it is in integral to ensure that, these
stakeholders are managed well and that initiatives are undertaken to ensure
that the needs of the different stakeholders can be met with adequately. In
regard to this, the given presentation will focus on understanding the
different stakeholders of the firm and help in determining the manner in
which these stakeholder needs can be met with in order to ensure that the
firm will be able to prosper in the long run. Facebook has been chosen as the
organization which will be analyzed in the presentation. In regard to this, the
different stakeholders which have been chosen for the analysis can be stated
to be the Users, Advertisers, Employees and the Government
(Newsroom.fb.com. 2019).

Hence, as discussed previously, although an organization has a large number
of stakeholders at its disposals, the primary stakeholders which have been
selected for the purpose of the analysis can be taken to be the Users,
advertisers, government and the employees. The various strategic options
with respect to the stakeholders will be discussed along with the discussion
on the manner in which the needs of the stakeholders can be met with for
the long run of the firm.

prioritized into different categories which will help them in understanding the
manner in which, the strategies will be formed accordingly.
Swing: The Facebook users have been selected as the swing stakeholders
Hold: The government agencies have been selected as the hold stakeholders
Defensive: The defensive stakeholder have been selected as the advertisers
of the firm
Offensive: The offensive stakeholders have been selected as the employees
of the firm.
Hence, as the stakeholders have been identified, they are required to be
prioritized into different categories which will help them in understanding the

considered essential to ensure that, they are dealt with in an appropriate
manner and that certain rules as well as the regulations are also changed for
them. Therefore, in line with this, it has to be ensured that the firm would be
required to deal with the different strategic options which are available to
them. The various strategic options which have been selected for the
stakeholder group comprises of the inclusion of various new features on the
website, protecting the data needs and ensuring that, the overall experience
of the stakeholder can be improved considerably.

advertisers can be understood to be those entities that put up the
advertisement of their products and services in order to gain sufficient
selling revenues. They form a large share of the overall sales of Facebook
and hence, looking after this stakeholder group is compulsory and therefore,
the various strategic options which are available for the firm are options like
change in the overall rates of advertising, change in the manner in which the
advertisements will be visible and other strategic attraction options which
would make these individuals choose Facebook over other websites.
The defensive stakeholders have been chosen as the Advertisers. The
advertisers can be understood to be those entities that put up the
advertisement of their products and services in order to gain sufficient
