they can acquire new knowledge, understanding, skill,
idea etc.
• Learning is a procedure for acquire and grape thing,
knowledge, information regarding specific subject.
• The presentation will outline the communication and
learning theories which assist in child development.

Explaining the way in which principles, theories and
models of communication can be applied to learning,
teaching and assessment
Aristotle's Model: This model include the five
essential or important factors of communication
these are Speaker, message, Audience, Effect as
well as Happening or event. This hypothesis
propose that the speaker or teacher is required to
prepare or write a speech for separate audiences or
learner on separate instance for separate goal. This
model is applied in public speaking or group
teaching.

Shannon and Weaver's Model : also recognised
as engineering model of communication. It is
based on a typical of the procedure school of
thought. It is also recognised as the
mathematical theory of communication .As This
hypothesis provide a technique to identify or
resolve the problem of the way to deliver
maximum information in a given channel to
student or learner. Shannon and Weaver's

communication procedure it is required to
develop understanding about each of the stage.
This hypothesis expatiates on the impact or
consequences instead of the message itself.
Outcome implies evident or noticeable change in

Analysing the theories, principle and models of
communication.
There are several forms of communication, and it has
been identified that Different people respond to the type
of communication. When a teacher deliver knowledge or
education to student , they consider the behaviour as
well as learning pattern adopted by the different learner.
Teacher also understand that , every person has unique
pattern of learning and has knowledge gaining capacity.
Therefore, educator utilised different teaching
techniques such as they use various communication
tools such as Visual, Aural, Readers, Kinaesthetic for
delivering education to children..

. Learners learn in different ways depending on the
results produced by a sensory input. Communication
is refers to as act of imparting information.
Communication in context of teaching is defined as
sharing off knowledge. According to the theory
proposed by Walklin, it is not sufficient to pass on the
instructions, it is also crucial to present praise or
constructive disapproval in order to promote and
guide the learner into new discovery. Achieving both
way communications with learners is not a big task.

There may be several Barriers can occur in
communicating effectively. It is important for a
teacher to recognise barriers and assist
learners overcome hurdles. Another thing
headteacher should also listen what the
student say and respect their opinion. As this
will help teacher in encouraging encouraging

them to share their views , problems etc

CONCLUSION
• From this entire report it has been concluded that in
the education sector, learning plays a very crucial
role by which individual can learn something new
knowledge, ability, idea, skill etc.
• The presented summarized two theories of learning
that is Piaget, the Human intelligence development
theory and Vygotsky, the Social development theory
