In this investigation it has been found that there are number oftraits as well as characteristics are present within a person which foster them toward a particulardirection of work that help them in gaining success. The characteristics or trait which the founderof She Wear i.e. Stacey Head have are Creative thinker, Visionary, Competitive spirit, Risktaker, Leader, Self motivator and many more which supported Stacey head the founder of SheWear in gaining success in its business at Australian market.
