INTRODUCTION
This report will go to illustrate on the critical knowledge and understanding of the
factors that explain about the development and enhancement of the professional childhood
practices. Along with this this report going to analyse about the leadership and pedagogy.
Pedagogical leadership is the concept which explains about the supporting teaching and
learning in order to enhance skills (Burbank, 2020). This is the interstitial procedure in order
to influence the other people so that they can guide and facilities activities in the organisation.
This report going is to explain and reflect about the childhood practices through evaluating
several learning experience.
MAIN BODY
Development in order to describe about the constant procedure that includes several
professional analysing of their practices so that they can analyse and identify that what brides
and what are the things which are required for the development and learning programs of the
children. Child development and their practices also a great impact on their own values on
understanding about the children's learning and development. Key principles of the reflection
evaluate about experience which are occurred during the practices to stop it also motivate the
children should take decisions and think about that what happen. And also help them to take
actions in order to overcome the negative consequences and take appropriate decisions
accordingly.
SSSC Standards for Childhood Practice (2015)

It is very important for the individual to adopt amended childhood practice in in order to
make their future bright and make them capable to adopt ethical practices so that they can

Gibbs Theory
Gibbs theory is the concept that motivates the children sitting appropriately about
their experience which influence to conduct and to take action (Schmieder, 2020)
(Zuyderduyn, 2020). The reflections with cycle which reflect about the learning experience
of the children's and also allow the person bus stop this theory I analysed that it help me to
enhance my performance and improve me for the future. Without the script inside it is
become much difficult for me to improve my capability and skills.
Lindon (2005)
This is very helpful book help me to identify about the childhood practices and child
development procedure stop of Linden book is Jenny Linden. By reading this book is that
there are several from the solution needed for the individual to adopt in order to enhance their
career and also help them to adopt practices in order to develop themselves.

Critical reflective thinking provide set of capabilities that are used by the children in
order to analyse their own thinking push down from the above mentioned analysing the
judgement which is rely on the considered theories that are considered by me in order to
adopt amended practices for the children development program. In order to adoptable
processes and enhance my thinking capability are required several skills (Mullen, 2020). It
helps me to make Future Plans and also helped me to think about what I have done in the
past. By using the tourism activities I analyse that it support me to extend my current
knowledge and understanding and they also help me to attend training session and quantity in
order to develop my career.

CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been analysed that it is very important for the
individual to adopt several ethical practices for child development. Because child
development and their practices create great impact on their own values and also helps them
