provides five programs operating over six days per week (Monday to Saturday).It is usually
located in Ingeburn, south western Sydney. The main goal of the recreational therapy in myrtle
cottage is to offer recreational activities for adult clients. These recreational activities are
important as they usually improve mental stability for example through going for outings and
musical therapy. In this facility most of the clients suffer from loneliness and depression.
Its purpose is to offer high quality services, offer key opportunities for individual growth and

In myrtle cottage I together with some colleagues worked with adult clients who had different
types of mental illness and disabilities
