In the on-demand market dominated by contract employees, Uber has played a significant part in this. The
model is very different from the person who used to be an employee, and while it has some drawbacks, driving Uber
provides a lot of interesting opportunities. In the following part there will be detailed discussion on the role of Uber
in the life of drivers. The first paragraph covers the manner driver work in Uber. Furthermore, in the second
paragraph cover positive impact of Uber. Afterwards, the flexibility provided by driver will be cover (Zwick, 2018).
The driver feel as an own boss while they are working with Uber. It makes them feel motivated and
focused towards their work and it is one of the best sources of earnings for drivers.
• Option of joining and leaving company. The joining formalities of Uber are less that makes the convenient for
drivers to connect with the company anytime.
Level of pressure and working hours need to be done for Uber which also include shift timing for drivers. It has
been analyzed that the working hours of Uber is flexible, the Driver can join the shift according to their
convenience

• The company also has flexible incentive structure that attract maximum number of drivers towards the company to
the certain extent
• The exit policy of Uber is also flexible that make ease for the drivers to join or leave the company anytime. They
work according to their own wish as they can work in night or day and can earn any amount through working for the
