Introduction
The current happenings within the business in the competitive environment needs to
be innovative in nature so that it can help the business to sustain itself in the longer run. The
successful use of the best ideas within the organization will allow them to carry out the

this report will be to highlight the procedures that are safe in nature, which will be taken up
by an organization called Kinder so that its operations can be proper in nature. The Safety
Australia Group will be consulted by the company, as the safety assets are provided by the
organization. This will help the company in increasing its level of efficiency towards
managing the children as well.
Reason for innovation
The use of the safety measures is also important, as it will help the children to develop
in an all-round manner within the organization. It will also attract more number of customers
in the organization so that it can increase the profit levels as well. In a place like Australia,
the children needs to develop properly so that the country can progress properly in the future.
The educational institutions play an important role for the development of the children, as it
allows them in getting a better level of knowledge regarding the values and culture that are
present within the nation (Rosen et al., 2013). The major advantage for developing the
