In today's era, “ Think globally, act local” determines an individual or people that

political work load government of German pulled support of nuclear power and began the
process of shutting down its nuclear fleet. This renewable source Act required electricity from
such renewable sources that are occupied all over resource within different regions and
countries. (Cabrera and Unruh, 2012). The blood of Energiewende is adopted with succession of
different norms which attained at deregulation in sustainability of power markets. Moreover,
development RE's usually estimated with power and heat production in order to formulate
carbon emission trading. The significant procedures are bringing modifications Germany
program for development of hydroelectric nuclear as well as fossil fuel energy projects which is
usually raised and financed by government (Shenkar, Luo and Chi, 2014).Additionally, German
government has determined estimated cost for renewable electricity and offering low price loans
for home owners to install rooftop solar plans. Herein, this mixture have developed initial
market solar cells which were until expensive at that period. This huge demand pushed to
motivation as well as constantly decreased prices and now the whole word is encouraging their
benefit of Germany. Thus, efforts of renewable developed Germany in a demanding position

developing codes of different administration.
For Example: Such as provision for energy, local commercialisation and housing in
order to protect uniformity of citizen in an attractive manner according to the laws and climatic
condition(Broomell, Budescu and Por, 2015).Though this process has implicated many German
localities that have owned lucrative, privilege energy generation facilities and grid networks in
energiewende process of implication.
Thus, today's context, determined that municipalities is acquiring to conform this
stipulation that Emission Trading scheme, Renewable energy Directive and Energy Efficiency
Directive and many others that adversely affected Energiewende as well as weather security of
developing countries.
Facilitated and implemented at national level in terms of technology, policy and law
making:
Germany's national parliament has decided that country's federal laws are most
important energy laws which have consulted legislation with majority of support towards it.
Legislative texted drafts in consultation with stake holders such as federal and national
administration, science, special government or parliamentary commission, political parties
individual and civil society (Schreiter2015). Moreover, procedures has been created that
parliament have several opportunities in order to set policy priorities and interest as well as
additional provision into draft for such Energiewende at national level(Burns and
Aspeslagh ,2014).
For example: This process of Renewable energy has created a big influence by Germany
energy in climactic condition as well as within laws depending on various situation and demands
of such energy source (Strizhakova and Coulter, 2015). But at national level government has
included federal minister or individual members of parliament who have depth knowledge or
special interest in certain policy areas.
Thus, this process of energy is a representative democracy and referendums hardly plays a role
in national politics. As this provision is laying down while deciding on division into federal
states or adopting new constitution according to the basic law for such resource at national level.

German energy policy International energy policy
Germany's energy policies as well as
politics is the energiewende which means
energy turnaround or transformation. They
are the one of largest energy consumer in
world. Germany get energy also from
nuclear, renewable, coal and oil.
There are several policies which
working for international energy
policy such as The International
Energy Agency, The International
Renewable Energy Agency and The
international Energy Forum.
For example: For such instance, Germany's exit from nuclear power and depletion of
availability of limited sources which help in maintaining its reliance on fossil fuel from abroad
and sometime come according to availability or resources(Clifford and Montgomery,
2014).Moreover, the determination of generating of renewable resources as well as developing
its effectiveness in order to match up weather achievements that lead to decrease solar energy.
Apart from this impact of Energiewende on global relation have generated above
imagination of supply energy security (Hamdi, 2013). In such case many other renewable refuse
international issues over fossil fuel such as oil as it could be demanding long-standing activities
for partnership that lead over the issues and some analyst of security debated over it. Moreover,
Germany have shifted to low carbon as such many countries may not switch towards it.
Moreover, foreign policies experts says that this would adversely affected towards internation of
rights relation within situation of current progress as well as highly affected with fossil fuel
dependency. Herein, it has become success in Germany 's credibility on global stage.
Thus, government have developed global Energiewende that has gain demand for this
technology “ Made in Germany” as well as cement country's export prowess lies in developing
years. This process has developed world leadership in renewable energies.
Linkages between scales key stakeholders
Germany's major energy organisation have often resisted Energiewende procedures as it
has determined with their business plan or project models(Höjer and Wangel2015). Herein,
respected organisation energy business which has been dominated in adopting renewable power
production and have fought German government in court over nuclear phase out. Moreover, they

ď‚· Security and supply of grid sustainability has been developing with mix fuel
diversification(Kim,Kim and Tam, 2016). Additionally, Germany is highly depended on
supply and export of international of oil and fossil fuel.
ď‚· Herein, renewable industry is driving innovation and act as automatics establisher
which initially determined with wind industry for rapid take off and this lead to decrease

ď‚· Once last nuclear power plan was undergone than Germany will no longer will be adding

ď‚· Germany has exposed the risk enchanting from plants within different other countries
with international agreements currently prevents from sufferings nuclear accidents from

Weaknesses of this strategy are determined below:
Low efficiency- Low efficiency of the system becomes a big issue for company. It is
why, because this system is new to the market with less efficiency in power.
Requires a huge capital outlay- It requires a huge part of capital to invest because
company is thinking to expand globally. If company expands too much on it then they would not
be able to focus on other activities.
Requires a massive amount of space- This system requires a big space to establish and it
occurs in large rental cost to the company. This is why because it can generate power only in
large area and it is not possible in small area.
Weather dependent- It is the biggest disadvantage of this system. Weather is not under
control of human beings but this system requires the sunny weather to produce power but in
cloudy conditions it is worthless.
Associated with pollution- It effects to the environment also, although this system
considered less pollution creative system but some materials and products used during the solar
energy production effects the entire environment.
Expensive to store solar energy- It is expensive to store solar energy because it requires
money to store the energy which becomes sometimes a big expense.
