enforced by government with adoption of environment laws and individuals who are developing
mutually in order to protect habits and organisms that are adopted within themselves. (Fominaya
and Cox, 2013). Moreover, it is a common principles that are applied to organisation, business,
education and governance so that effective decision are taken such as within energy, industry,
urban planning, transport, green spaces and water infrastructure. This report is based on a case
study, Energiewende- German for energy transaction. Eventually, discussing how it has been
influencing, facilitated and implemented at international, national and local levels in term of
technology, policy and law making. Moreover, what are the linkages between scales and who
are the stakeholders as well as assessing strength and weakness of this strategy.

carbon source which enables stable based power lower when required. Eventually, period of

research zoning laws, licensing as well as supervisions policies. Moreover, with the adoption of
such policies and technologies that have been determined with certain legal frame works have
determinate planning for developing renewable heating in localities with their authorisation
(Austermuhl, 2014). with the adoption of such technologies local people are able to reduce
nuclear, gas and oil so that good climate can prevail in effective manner. Furthermore, still have
implications with municipalities as well as aims and motive to developed procedures when they
feel it effective within larger framework of networks by having proper investment policies and
having proper licensing in developing this process. Eventually, this estimated to decrease its

Low efficiency- Low efficiency of the system becomes a big issue for company. It is
why, because this system is new to the market with less efficiency in power.
Requires a huge capital outlay- It requires a huge part of capital to invest because
company is thinking to expand globally. If company expands too much on it then they would not
be able to focus on other activities.
Requires a massive amount of space- This system requires a big space to establish and it
occurs in large rental cost to the company. This is why because it can generate power only in
large area and it is not possible in small area.
Weather dependent- It is the biggest disadvantage of this system. Weather is not under
control of human beings but this system requires the sunny weather to produce power but in
cloudy conditions it is worthless.
Associated with pollution- It effects to the environment also, although this system
considered less pollution creative system but some materials and products used during the solar
energy production effects the entire environment.
Expensive to store solar energy- It is expensive to store solar energy because it requires
money to store the energy which becomes sometimes a big expense.

From the above discussion it has been concluded that it has been think Global act local
are enforced before government began enforcing environmental laws, individuals who are
mutually together in order to work against habits and human being that leave within them. This
process is adopted by Germany which is widely known as “Energiewende” was planned in
decreasing low carbon and nuclear free economy. They first implemented in local region so that
best result can be outputted in then they will go for national and local level. Moreover,
Energiewende was launch to have more out in phasing out nuclear rights developing within
renewable energies in power sector. Moreover their key stakeholder are trade unions that
impacted on rising powers prices on industry which gave a devoting commitment in
convectional energy sector which is going through major upheavals. This process of Renewable
energy has created a big influence by Germany energy and climate policy shaping depending on
various situation and demands of such energy source. Additionally,trade union have played an
equivalent role in different levels of aspect such as local, national and international which were

will increase demand for this technology “ Made in Germany” This process has developed
