INTRODUCTIONIn today's era, “ Think globally, act local” determines an individual or people thatconsist health of entire universe in order to take decision of their communities and cities. It isenforced by government with adoption of environment laws and individuals who are developingmutually in order to protect habits and organisms that are adopted within themselves. (Fominayaand Cox, 2013). Moreover, it is a common principles that are applied to organisation, business, education and governance so that effective decision are taken such as within energy, industry, urban planning, transport, green spaces and water infrastructure. This report is based on a casestudy, Energiewende- German for energy transaction. Eventually, discussing how it has beeninfluencing, facilitated and implemented at international, national and local levels in term oftechnology, policy and law making. Moreover, what are the linkages between scales and whoare the stakeholders as well as assessing strength and weakness of this strategy. Main BodyIn context of Germany the transformation of energy is defined as “Energiewende”which was planned to transmit in reducing low carbon as well as nuclear free economic.Thiswas developed to have great impact on facing nuclear expansion power in this developingsector(Warner, 2018). Moreover, nuclear power was huge part of Energiewende, it is a zerocarbon source which enables stable based power lower when required. Eventually, period ofpolitical work load government of German pulled support of nuclear power and began theprocess of shutting down its nuclear fleet. This renewable source Act required electricity fromsuch renewable sources that are occupiedall over resource within different regions and

countries. (Cabrera and Unruh, 2012). The blood of Energiewende is adopted with succession ofdifferent norms which attained at deregulation in sustainability of power markets. Moreover, development RE's usually estimated with power and heat production in order to formulatecarbon emission trading. The significant procedures are bringing modifications Germanyprogram for development of hydroelectric nuclear as well as fossil fuel energy projects which isusually raised and financed by government (Shenkar, Luo and Chi, 2014).Additionally, Germangovernment has determined estimated cost for renewable electricity and offering low price loansfor home owners to install rooftop solar plans. Herein, this mixture have developed initialmarket solar cells which were until expensive at that period. This huge demand pushed tomotivation as well asconstantlydecreased prices and now the whole word is encouraging theirbenefit of Germany. Thus, efforts of renewable developed Germany in a demanding positionwith in riches countrywhich nearly acquiring powers that is developed by wind and solar alone.Facilitated and implemented at local level in terms of technology, policy and law making:Municipal autonomy has formed that regulation of local affairs are acquired under theirauthority with certain limits in it by maintaining laws and regulation. The local government hasset frameworks for Energiewende at local level through legislation and policies such asRenewable Energy Act, Federal building Code and energy saving Ordinance(Cvetkovich,2018).They were building Nuclear safety that includes several measure pertaining explicitly tothe loalities which initial lead the market initiatives as well as other regions that have ecofriendly heat development and e mobility within local areas too. Moreover they have work hardwith the support ofmunicipalities on acquiring energy developing in effective and efficiencymanner. They have drive Energiewende forward through funding programmes, investment inresearch zoning laws, licensing as well as supervisions policies. Moreover, with the adoption ofsuch policies and technologies that have been determined with certainlegal frame works havedeterminate planning for developing renewable heating in localities with their authorisation(Austermuhl, 2014). with the adoption of such technologies local people are able to reducenuclear, gas and oil so that good climate can prevail in effective manner. Furthermore, still haveimplications with municipalities as well as aims and motive to developed procedures when theyfeel it effective within larger framework of networks by having proper investment policies andhaving proper licensing in developing this process.Eventually, this estimated to decrease its
