TASK 1 P1.Key events that have shaped the work of third sector organisations It is one of the important tool within UK economy and it also refer as voluntary sector as it aims to enhance the living standard of community or society in an effective and efficient manner. However, this term is used to describe as range of organisation that are neither public nor private sector as it includes voluntary and community company, social enterprise, mutuals and co operatives (Kearney, 2018). Some of the various firm in third sector like Oxfam, red cross, UNICEF, Salvation Army and others which are highly dedicated to enhance community life style. The key events of Oxfam and UNICEF which helped them in shaping their business function are as follows: Strengthening communities:This is regarded as one of the event which enable third sector companies in altering its operation with a better manner. IN regard of Oxfam and UNICEF , they put their full contribution towards the enrichment of society by offering them education facilities, health care and solving their social issues in order to bring high level of motivation and satisfaction.
