services as well. It has direct impact over goods and services as it facilitate immense pleasure, a
leisure activity that is away from home environment (The value of tourism in England, 2019). A
travel is basically an act of moving from differed locations through which short and long term
travel is overseas in terms of travelling. There is a different factor that caters the need and desire
as by travelling from one part to another part of world. It is a fastest growing business and offer
diverse range of services to its customers and makes contribution to about 80% in economy and
generates revenue of about £106 billion in a year (Griffin and Raj, 2018). In this employment
opportunities also get developed and induce long term growth in career as well. It is due to that
industry works to fulfil and satisfy the need and demand of customers and visitors. As a travel
advisor in this industry the major purpose is offer a best advice to visitors as about to visit as per
suitability or different location within the package. It is quite typical to precede a life in this field
as for this it is required that individual must have huge interest and knowledge that helps to

COVID it is essential that consumer actions and their response is increases on the basis of
coronary pandemic. The behaviour of customer is changes in which it is necessary that safety
and hygiene within airlines, hotels, restaurants, cruises, bars and at other places also be
managed. The leisure activities are emphasised as COVID force to adopt some restriction thus
potential package is developed that is appealed on the basis of demographic (Hirschi, 2018). The
contactless payment is increases and for this technological advancement has been used as it
reduces the friction and emphasis the speed on check-in and check-out. The need of healthy and
organic food and beverages is induces in terms of sustainable services in virtual reality is
promoted to experience better journey.

complexity is reduced that helps to make strong and long term connection with customers.

interpersonal skills by which I am able to get connect with more of customers and represent
better package by understanding the need and demand of visitors. I am also being aware about
emerging trends that is changes and varied as per the situation and varied conditions. In addition
I have worked on to enhance persuasive and communication skills of mine by which ability of
mine to make effectual relationship is developed and I am also able to get a job in recognised
company. I also get enrich my future while pursuing my career in specific field and also develop
my career as in terms of professionalism as well.
