INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoint assist an individual to follow a specified pathway through which higher
and better success is achieved over a future period of time. In this it is essential that an individual
is having clear analysis and evaluation about all the different areas as per interest and after a
perfect analysis certain occupation will get persuade (Bakker, 2018). The report below provides
adequate guidance that supports an individual to process its career in a specified industry so that
personal and professional development is achieved. As a graduate, it is essential for me to select
specific area within which I have process my career and for this I have chosen “Travel and
Tourism” industry as it process rapid change and offer higher opportunities to explore various
locations that rendered the future. For this adequate investigation is addressed with support of

The “Travel and tourism” is an industry that has induces vital success as in terms of
managing of economy and brings higher benefits to host destinations. It involve various
conglomerate that is exist in wider scale and consist of various services such as travelling,
accommodation, transportation, holiday experience, sight viewing, camping and many other
services as well. It has direct impact over goods and services as it facilitate immense pleasure, a
leisure activity that is away from home environment (The value of tourism in England, 2019). A
travel is basically an act of moving from differed locations through which short and long term
travel is overseas in terms of travelling. There is a different factor that caters the need and desire
as by travelling from one part to another part of world. It is a fastest growing business and offer
diverse range of services to its customers and makes contribution to about 80% in economy and
generates revenue of about £106 billion in a year (Griffin and Raj, 2018). In this employment
opportunities also get developed and induce long term growth in career as well. It is due to that
industry works to fulfil and satisfy the need and demand of customers and visitors. As a travel
advisor in this industry the major purpose is offer a best advice to visitors as about to visit as per
suitability or different location within the package. It is quite typical to precede a life in this field
as for this it is required that individual must have huge interest and knowledge that helps to
