Introduction
Therapeutic intervention is the effort made by the people or groups to enhance the health
of the patient who either needs immediate help but refusing it or in other words unable to initiate

will be discussed. The rationale of the therapeutic intervention and how the skills can be
developing in applying this intervention will also be mentioned in this report.
