The schedule provided above will help in the time management by giving limited time to the
activities other than studies and at the same time allotting maximum time of the schedule
towards the studies as it is required which will help in the achievement of the goals of the
student and will help him time management. There are various distractions other than the
materialistic ones and those are basically considered as the mental distractions namely, stress,
low concentration, low confidence, Self-esteem these pointers actually tend to distract mind
leading to waste of time thinking about the same which actually is a bit
dangerous(Fleischmann, Harrer, Zarsk, Baumeister, Lehr, & Ebert,2018). To avoid these
types of distractions one should give time to physical and mental fitness as mentioned in the
schedule, because these help in enhancing the focus of the mind giving time significant
activities which ultimately is the goal and everything else will follow (Ritter, Small,
Mortimer, 2018). Running exercise meditation help to maintain the mental and physical
fitness which is primary concern of every individual.

properly there is no need of this in that case because the unrealistic goals never lead to
success one needs to very realistic while setting up the goals(Shimura, Hideo, Takaesu,
Nomura, komada, & Inoue, 2018). SMART goals here refer to the sensible, measureable,
