INTRODUCTION
Time management helps in focusing on targeted goals and also enhance the productivity
of the individual. Time management is most essential for to achieving the targeted goals. During
academic session it is good opportunities to learn about managing the time which can reduce the
stress level and increases the productivity. Time management is helps in managing and
developing more confidence and increase the concentration level (McInch, 2022).
MAIN BODY
During my academic session, I have learnt about the time management which is bigger
opportunity for me to stay focused on the goals. I spend most of my time in completing my
project and learning new skills which can mange my all time schedule. Time management is the
continuous process by which I have learn to avoid the distraction from unusual activities and
spending most of time in learning new skills and managing the goals. Through my academic
session I have learnt to manage the time schedule which can reduce the pressure and increases
the focus on achieving the targeted goals. Time management is the activity which is more
essential for professional time because a good leader is more responsible and accurate in
managing the work and responsibilities. This is big opportunity for me to learn different new
skills by spending more time and involving in useful activities (Jabbar and et. al., 2020).
Time management is the process of developing plan and I have divide my time schedule
between the activities and priorities. This activity is more beneficial for me to because I have
adopted good habits and increases my critical thinking which is essential in achieving my
targeted goals. In my academic session, I had many issues in managing my work schedule and in
the same period I have learnt to manage my working hour and also managing time to spend with
my family members. After planning and schedule my time which can contributes to reduce work
pressure and stress. Reducing stress helps in cacheing the goals easily and also get new
experience. Time management gives more benefit in individual life in academic as well as
professional session. After improving my time schedule I have leant about the smart work not the
hard which makes the task easy. The time management skills helps me in participating different
creativity activity which can lead top enhance my productivity (Hunter and Cook, 2018).Few
days back, I had faced many issues in completing my project which could increases my stress
level. The objective of time management process is to maximize the time spend on specific
