enough time for the particular task. Student life is the best time to implement the time
management its help them to learning of managing the right time on right place.

Time management is useful because its help the person to improve the self control skills and
help to boost his efficiency power. Time management help to give the person a set time in
which they to complete their work.

their hours of the day, it should be aware for every individual because its help them to
achieve their goals on time, they can work in a flow and they manage themselves for
every task.
ï‚· Example- a company have to set the time management of the workers that a specific
amount of product they have to produce on the set time it helps the workers as well as
the company to develop the target which they have to achieve and they can evaluate
their working efficiency.

capability is improving after the using of time management skills in my life. I analyse my
skills with help of to get the feedback from other students and my tutor also give feed back of
my work . So I find from these feedbacks that I am improving my self after the implementing
of time management skills. From this feedback I find that there are some points where still I
need a focus.

Public speaking is the useful skills which help to providing the information to other on a
single time. Public speaking helps to improve the confidence of the person, there could be
many chances when we have to give speech or address a large audience if we have the public
speaking skills we can easily transfer our thought in front of the other people.
Example- If university is has conducting a program and they are selecting the some
candidates for hosting the show then it will be a benefit for you to hosting the show with the

I chose the skills of public speaking because I think public speaking help to increase
the confidence and motivation. It also develops a skill of leadership, communication of verbal

Public communications is important skills which I am developing in me its motivate me to do
many tasks relate to addressing. I am practising it with giving the speech to my class student
and I am taking guidance of teacher and many other online sources which help me to gives
some tips of effective speaking. From my self analyse I found that there are much
improvements in my speaking skills. I also take feedback from my fellow student and tutor
and I find the same thing from there side as well(North , North and Coble, 2015.).
My findings from the feedback that a public skills give many advantages in life so I
am trying much focus on the my communications skills.

from the feedback I also find the weak points of public speaking that I have to be confident
when I am giving the speech and I also find that I have to keep a pleasant smile on my face its

me the right comments. So I have focus to improve those weak points.

Public speaking skills help for the future career by communicating and motivating the staff,
there are many tasks' comes in life where we have to give presentation on the project, that

to motivate other to take collective action to achieve goals. Public speaking plays a very

Team working skills is important skills because its help the people to guiding helping,
persuading, sharing openly and willingly. There are many problems comes to achieving the
objectives of the company so team working skills helps to solve the problems. Its help to
exchange the ideas which comes from the different peoples and its provide the creativity in
the tasks. Its should be aware in people because its give much help to reduce the work load
many people have doing same work so work will allot and work load will reduce(Watkinson
and Clarke 2018.).
Example- if a company wants to produce a 500 products in a day and a individual has a
capacity of production is 100 product per day so it is not a easy task for the individual to do
that task in time on the same situation if 5 people are working in a team to produce 500
products that will be easy to produce.
I chose this skill because working in a team has many benefits which help the
individual to get more knowledge, improve in skills, reduce of work load and its help to
people to work more efficiently. I chose to reflect on this skill because many people have

I am very good in working with team there are many events are conduct in university. Where
I participate with my team, I also love to participate in sports, games and other activities with
my team and many times I analyse my self on the team working that what are my weaknesses
and strengths.
To get to know about my team working skills I collect feedbacks from my classmates and
teacher, and I got very positive feedback from them which motivated me.

are using mails, SMS and MMS for communications. It is very convenient and fast mode of
written communications.
Example- a good written communications skills help to implement a good impact on its

other, till now I am not good enough in written communication but there are many ways
which I am trying to improve my written communication. I am participating in written
competition which are conducted by the university, taking the special classes of the

To analyse my written communication I did self analyse with written practice of any random
topic and then evaluate it myself. I also sent many of letters and emails to my class mates and
tutor and get many difference feedback from them. Some of my feedback are gives much
motivation to me and some are the very de-motivated.
