INTRODUCTION
Academic Performance defined as the components to achieve academic success. It is
linked with overall performance growth of an individual to achieve a academic goals. Academic
performance reflects the outcome of student’s effort during examination. It helps the students to
develop significant relationship between study and academic achievements. Every student should
give importance to their educational study and activities required for academic performance to
educational goal in life (Rovera, Oprea-Lager, and Ceci, 2021). This report will examine the
importance of effective time Management to achieve success and how time is crucial factor for
achieving success by the students.

Time Management is the key which is followed by every successful person in their daily
lives. It is not only helps student to maintain work life balances but also makes you disciplined
person and is a reason for their happiness. Effective time management allows every student to be
very focused and attentive towards their academics. It also helps in reducing stress and anxiety
generally happens at the last moment during academic study. Effective time Management allows
students to prepare to do list and also benefit from setting up of short term and long term goal.
Students should set up their priorities by assessing what needs to be achieved within the
stipulated time period. Effective time Management allows students to identify their abilities and
enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishment of work done (Sarker, and et. al., 2021). Time is
considered to be most valuable things and never stop so it is necessary for an individual to
understand the importance of time and utilise these precious gift for achieving goals. Students
should use time wisely and execute the study schedule to maximise the benefits and to achieve
positive outcomes. Student needs to break short hours break to avoid laziness and to get relief
from the study. They should devote their times into small activities to refresh mind and focus and
