INTRODUCTION
Social policy implies to the study of all the social services and also the welfare state
which provides the relation of politics and with that to the society. The main reason for all this is
that it helps to pertains and solve the issue which are being considered to be kept in record and
are of series concern(Bettiza 2019). It provides the main guidelines to all the individual in order
to frame out the method and the way through which certain measures and the living conditions
can be maintained. All these policies are made for the governments and also for the people that
are being concerned in all the areas and nature. This report will covers all the important stages
that are important for the welfare of the state and the importance of the policies that are being

Welfare states is mainly the government which helps to give the protection and the
economic security to there citizens by maintaining and protecting them from all the market risk
that can occur like the old age, accident, illness and many more. The governmental institutions
are being funded from the welfare states as the mere motive of them is to help all the individuals
and the states and treat them with equality so as to maintain the public responsibility.
Before welfare 1834 As in the reform time when their seems that all the parishes at the
magnitude of the population changes did not made any social change and the magnitudes in the
reform were their by not changes. The poor were diversely affected from all the fertility,
mobility and also through the employment that has made them to face huge difficulties in their
work.
In order to maintain the needy and for the welfare there has been made the poor law
amendment act 1834. this act is made in 14 August 1834, from the parliamentary Act of the
united kingdom and has been granted by the assent from the royal commission in order to
