INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is the way by which an individual develop their
skills and talents. Personal development is the process by which an individual develop and
improve their few skills which help them to grow personally to have growth of their reputation in
societies point of view(Smolkowski and et. al., 2020). On the other hand professional
development is the process by which an individual can develop their skills for their professional
life. These skills are useful to get promotions in organisations because by developing and
improving those skills only which is necessary to perform a task in an organisation. The
following report is based on the overall development of suitable skills which are required as the
effective development of a learner at the time of perusing their course.

Personal and professional skills
Team working skills- These skills states that every individual who is performing in a
team to complete a given task must have good coordination, good communication and better
understandings (Berry, 2019). According to me, I have these skills which I have learned at my
higher education times. I have learned these skills by participating in Group Discussions, Drama
Activity and Skit Performance. This skills help me to develop my personal life as well as they
will help me to develop my professional talent because team working skills is necessary to learn
for daily life activities and in organisation there are departments where a group of employees
work together to perform their task. Hence, having team building skills and working properly in
departments is beneficial for me as well as organisation. It is beneficial for me because after
getting employed in a good reputed company, I will be able to coordinate with my team be
understanding what all requirements they have from my side and how should I suggest them
good ideas and techniques to complete task before due time. Team working skills is essential for
organisation because as I perform better in team them I can provide a good output which help the
company to grow.
Communication skill- Communication is the most important skill which consist of
having good speaking, listening and after listening giving proper feedback skill (Steitz, 2020).
Having good communication help to build strong network and it also helps in influencing other
people toward our ideas and innovations. I have learn my communication skill as an higher
