On this basis it canbe said that organization play an important role in Offshore outsourcing of foreign people in thenation. Similarly, individuals those resides in UK have their relatives in the other nations. Theseindividuals work on higher posts in the UK and by using their influence they make easy for theirrelatives to get employed in the UK.
