INTRODUCTION
In this presentation stages and timescale of developing holidays and
regulations for tour operators are mention. Regulations of UK Civil
Aviation Authority is following by the LCB Tours. Apart form this,
methods of contracting and selling price of holiday trip is also
discussed.

Stages and timescales involved in developing
holidays
For a tour and travel industry it is important to prepare effective
plan of holiday for the tourists which can attract the more number of
persons. There are various stages involved in developing holiday
plan which can be used by LCB Tours. These stages are as follows:

 Planning and scheduling
 Contracting

Methods of contracting in holiday plan
Contract is vert important because it binds the parties to perform their
obligations. It is an agreement which can be enforceable by law. There are
various methods of contracting which can be use by LCB Tours. Different
types of contracting methods are such as follows
 Fixed contract: In fixed contract both parties cannot change its
decisions after entering into a contract through it obligation is created
which is needed to be perform by the parties.

Allocation contract: Allocation contract is used in tour and travel
industry for the creation of obligations with tourists.
Adhoc contract: Adhoc contract is made for the short period of time in
the organisations. Team coordinator of LCB Tours can make it with its
tourist by booking a holiday trip. Days of tour is certain like one week or
two week.
