INTRODUCTION
A process of management which assists in hiring, motivating and maintaining human
personnel in an organisation is termed as Human resource management. It is associated with
manpower retentions of an organisation with a purpose of improving productive contribution of
human resources. It is management of human resources at work which binds them with an
organisation to attain objectives effectively. Within this report, BUNI Travel is an organisation
which is taken into consideration for demonstrating different aspects of this report (Alzola,
2018). In this portfolio, Pestle Analysis of the respective organisation is going to be conducted
and along with it tools and techniques that helps in improving organisational performance will
also be explained. Moreover, role of employee well-being in improving performance and
motivation is also going to be described in this report.
MAIN BODY
HRM is management of human resources at work which binds them with an organisation
to attain objectives effectively. BUNI Travel is an agent-based travel agency located in the North
of England and takes booking as well as introduce the travel plan for the market share.
Administrators of BUNI Travel use this process to promote friendly and morale working
relationships among its employees to attain goals of an organisation. This strategy of
management helps it in maximizing fertility by developing effectiveness of its human resources.
Tools and techniques that helps in improving organisational performance
The concept of performance management facilitates an organisation in becoming more
successful as staying ahead of the competition. It is significantly consists of analysing, reporting
as well as managing the progress of the organisation for improving its performance as a whole.
There are various kinds of tools and techniques that helps in improving the performance of the
organisation (Blayney, Cormier-MacBurnie and Young, 2020). Some of these tools and
techniques are discussed as under:
KPIs And Metrics: These are the measures that give a way for measuring the
performance of the organisation in association with their strategic objectives as well as
goals. It is considered as a form of HR Software and can be used by BUNI Travel in
order to improve the performance of the human resources and organisation as a whole.
