INTRODUCTION
People management is important aspect in business that is mostly related with training,
development and motivating the employees on daily basis. Further, the present report is based on
BUNI that is travel agency and is aiming to improve employee performance on long run.
Moreover, the report will highlight some tools and techniques that might be used by the firm so
that efficiency of the workers is maintained and increased for the future goals. Lastly, the role of
employee well-being in increasing motivation and performance at the workplace at various
departmental levels will also be covered under this report in detail

Tools and techniques to increase organizational performances
Organizational performance is very important as it helps in analysing organizational
output against some predefined standards. Also, it is duty of every firm to ensure the
performance of each individual employee on timely basis so that if any corrective actions
required might be taken on timely basis (Huo, Boxall and Cheung, 2020). Moreover, the
performance might be measured either in terms of financial and market performance or based on
the shareholder value. Furthermore, for the company like BUNI that is running on small scale it
is essential that this aspect is given major importance so that certain goals and expand into newer
regions becomes much easier. Moreover, below is the list of tools and techniques that might be
applied by the firm to improve the current position and performance.
Key performance indicators :
These are the methods that are used to measure how well the all employees within the
firm are performing in accordance with strategic goals and objectives. Also, here certain tasks
are set before the start of any activity that are later compared in the end to identify success is
gained or not (Waseem and et.al., 2020). Moreover, these performance indicators might be in
form of revenue growth, profit margin, customer satisfaction and much more based on the long
term plans of the firm. It is effective tool for measuring performance as it would allow the firm
to take corrective action on time if any deviations found.

It is the type of technique that is used by the firm to asses each individual behaviour and
output given during the particular point of time. Moreover, here detailed assessment is done
