Reason behind undertaking research activities to explore the different talent management
strategies that company use to manage their workers. By carry out this investigation, researcher
also improve their skills and knowledge towards how talent management strategies support
company in attaining success at market place. Another reason of carry out this study is that it
provides opportunities to researcher in attaining career growth by developing their professional
knowledge. With the assistance of this, researcher can easily undertake future research activities
along with more authenticity.

Concept of talent management in business organization
According to Goestjahjanti and et. Al., (2020), talent management play a crucial role in business as
it is a constant process that includes attracting as well as retaining high quality employees,
developing their knowledge and also motivating them to enhance their performance level at
working area. Basically, the main purpose of talent management is to develop positive working
environment wherein workforce is motivated. This is the reason that workforce will stay at working
area for longer period of time. If employees are effectively managing at working area, then it may
assist in reducing employee turnover as it directly put positive impact over the organizational
success. In this, HR manager is highly responsible for managing their talent with the aim of keeping
them motivated and influenced towards their goals and objectives. This will directly contribute in
improving the possibilities of attaining competitive success at market place.
Benefits of effective talent management for ASDA
As per view point of Brooks, (2019) managing talent is considering as an integral part of business
organization because managing workforce is always beneficial for company in attaining success at
wider level. Therefore, it is crucial for HR manager to motivate their workers and at the same time
also provide them proper guidance to accomplishing their targets. It is also assist to sustain
positive performance of company as it effectively recognises the most talented employees to
