HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY? (500 words)
All of the ten items listed below have been extremely beneficial in the development of my current employability abilities.
Each instrument has its unique relevance in the professional growth process.
Appendix 1: The numerous images and works reflect the organization's classroom learning environment. It has also aided
in the identification of the areas where classroom learning plays a significant role in student development.
Appendix 2: The swot analysis is a tool that assisted me in producing a complete evaluation of my personality because if I
can identify my weaknesses, I will be able to work in accordance with those needs.
My Personal Development Plan (Appendix 3): It aided me in identifying all of the overall actions that are required for the
fulfilment of the set objectives, as well as the resources and support that are required within the specified time frame. It
also stipulated a time limit within which all of the actions must be performed.
Appendix 4: This section explains the general learning process that is occurring in this COVID 19 setting. During the
Covid-19 Lockdown, there is a requirement for a robust tool management procedure so that the learning process cannot
be perceived as a necessity to continue focusing on Career Planning.
Appendix 5: It is a tool that aids in the detailed evaluation of the study abilities and learning materials processes in the
overall growth of a student.
Appendix 6: LinkedIn is a resource that can assist in the correct identification of various potential job prospects. It is a
platform that facilitates professional networking and allows job searchers to post their resumes so that interested human
resources may readily contact them.
Appendix 7: Indeed, is another job-searching resource that can assist in finding millions of jobs online and determining
the next step in a person’s professional growth.

and development without any setbacks.
Appendix 9: Person specification and job description are two tools that are very useful in describing the overall
experiences, skill sets, and knowledge level that are required for an individual to fulfil the required job tasks. It contains
one feature that will be quite beneficial in the future when applying for various career openings. With the advancement of
the internet, a plethora of job search websites have emerged.
Appendix 10: This section summarises how new technologies can be embraced for the goal of personal and professional
growth. Because of social distancing measures, the shifting COVID 19 scenarios has also led to the creation of online and
virtual learning platforms. All of this has necessitated students analysing such learning platforms and focusing on their own
personal development.
