The ethical consideration in an organization is related to the workforce, communication,
teamwork and disruption. Most innovations are disruptive in nature and thus, the organization
must frame their policies regarding ethical behaviour during the time of such chaos. A stable
and open communication channel should be set up so that employees are able to come
forward 1. The communication channel should be use responsibly so that the organization’s
ethical aspects are not disrupted. Teamwork too requires ethical responsibility. People
working together in the same team must cooperate with each other and respect the
organizational ethical code.

The best way to solve any dilemma is to look at the problem objectively. The leader’s role in
solving ethical dilemma has two considerations especially in case of innovative organization.
They will have to consider the organizational aspects and values as well as the benefits and
interests of the people that they work with. The leaders can approach an ethical dilemma with
a three step process. The first step is to consider the values of their own self, the people that
he works with along with the organizational values and principles2. After this, they must
select a model or framework that best suits the problem. They can choose either a
consequential theory or a non-consequential theory depending on the problem at hand. The
final step is to apply the model from a problem solving perspective and observe the result that
it produces. The leaders might change their approach and model depending on the
organizational values and the cultural aspects of the workforce.
