INTRODUCTION
Project management is that kind of process which is related with method, skills,
knowledge and other aspects involved in a project. This makes achievement of objectives and
goals set within a project. These are responsible for accomplishment of project within time
period specified and budget sanctioned for it. Also in helps in maximizing interest of all
stakeholders. In order to make an project executed in proper manner and completion of it in
efficient way applicability of appropriate approach is required to be done and management of
project should be done with efficiency. After completing the report an end project report has to
be prepare by the manager for gaining of outcome which has to be evaluated and mark out the
lessons that has been learned from it. These learnings makes improvisation of project in future.
The report is based on construction of commercial building through an event by which
QA Higher Education College can publish technological construction of building for attracting of
number of students to be attracted is to be discussed. Also application of PRINCE-2 model is
done to control entire project to be made successful. Further reflection of self competence while
executing roles and responsibilities will be done with the help of end of project report.

In order to make completion of project the desired results is required to be achieved with
the budget sanctioned and time period given (Aguilera, Villalobos and Dávila, 2017). For this
purpose there has to be applicability of effective approach that is applied to monitor execution of
project possible. It is very important for conducting of activities that is related to project in
planned and disciplined manner. This makes product or services to be produced over fulfilling
quality requirement over customers to attain satisfaction. These are that kind of activities that is
related for controlling for data is related over project and this makes analysis possible with
effectiveness of cost. Also time and management is taken care. Controlling of project is helpful
in measuring of status in a project which is likely to gain outcomes that can be forecasted.
Improvement is done for achieving of better outcome to be achieved. Different process is being
involved within a project that has to be managed through project control, plaining, budgeting,
risk management, change management, forecasting and project management. All the process that

college to be increase admission. Also this helps in improving brand image of college within the
market and is able to meet changing requirements of students in effective manner.
PRINCE2 this is an acronym for Project IN Controlling Environment that is the process
based over method which is helpful in managing a project for beginning end for achieving of
effective results to be achieved. Such model is effectively applied by QA higher Education
College that has been helping over building technology by making it equipped. This makes
student to improvise their experience over learning and creating an advance learning
environment (Gapinski, 2017). This makes better results to be achieved. This is helpful in
increasing number of enrolments in both online and offline manner that makes growth possible
in faster manner. Principal in PRINCE2 model is being applied with effective results for making
project completed within desired manner. The project has to be justified for gaining of higher
returns over investment. Team should continuously learn through experience, clear delegation of
roles and responsibilities. Also focus should be over the formation of final product. All such
principals is helpful in gaining of effectiveness with execution of project that can be completed
on time and efficiency way. Following is the process in PRINCE2 approach that has been
helping QA Higher Education College in completion of project: Starting the project: As per this project mandate is to be created in which goals is
required to be achieved with determination. It is necessary for project that has to be
approved by project management. Directing a project: After the project is being approved resources is needed for making
determination of efficient way to form a team. So, that roles and responsibilities is within
the members of team that has been delegated to them. Initiating the project: Project has to be created within the timeline that helps in dealing
with activities that is related over completing of project completed. The six targets of the
project like time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits are determined in this stage. Controlling: Project should be divided into small targets that makes work to be
effectively managed and progress of project to be controlled with the necessary changes
to be made.

Managing product delivery: In this stage progress is to be compared that is expected
with progress and can be reviewed in continuous manner for making corrections
effective. Managing stage boundaries: Closing of each stage manager is required to analysed the

and efficiency. Improved technology is going to result into making education to be achieved
irrespective of time and place of student. Further it makes in doing enhancement of brand image
within the market which makes number of admission increased and funds also within the college.
The teacher is also benefited from this to make improvement of technology that provide giving
better lessons to student in order to enhance their learning experience. Thus project is helpful in
making goals and objectives to be achieved with expectation of completing project (Lee, Roh

Project manager is trying to keep project under original scope which is applied through

effective manner within team members that improves allocation of resources. Changes within the

accountability among members of team this increases difficulty in decision making. All of such

communication tools with other things. Is done through project manger for improving quality

During the project I was also the part of team that has helped in enhancing my learning
and using skills with abilities in more effective manner. So as to make effective performance of
my roles and responsibilities. During the project my learning is related for completing
enhancement that is helpful with my personal and professional skills to be learned that helps in
making success and coordination possible within members of team. I have learned lessons
regarding leadership style that has to be followed within the management of project along with
the process and approach applied in making completion of project possible. I have learned over
making communication be more effective in the team and its members in order to make flow of
information possible. Things that are going well during the project is analytic and thinking
ability over critical manner through decision over project where analytical and critical thinking
abilities is used in decision making. I am however required to improve stress management of
skills which makes reduction of stress level to be decreased. I have learned over the project that
has been successful to complete project within time. Also application of PRINCE2 is being
approaching over during the project that has helped in gaining of outcome to make desired
outcome to be achieved. Also recommendation is helpful in completing of project in better
manner possible and in future project is being managed in future with roles among team
members that has to be distributed. These are based on capabilities to make task given to be
compiled within time. Also team members that has to review work in timely manner and makes
improvising of efficiency in results to be achieved. Democratic style of leadership has taught me
in improving of decision making as per the project. Also this has made me learn about
improvising engagement of employees which makes high quality results to be achieved. I can
also improve my skills related with managing time so that I can effectively complete the work
given to me within stipulated time so that my overall efficiency can be improved.
The risk that I felt is to be identified earlier before starting of project that is available to
sufficient resources, effective communication within the team members, forming effective team.
This makes people required to gain skills and abilities among team members form effective
team. So, people are having required skills and abilities that can be performed on his part and
