MAIN BODY My professional goal is to open a Latin Restaurant in Lima, Peru of South America as this is my dream to enter into culinary industry. At present I am working as diver of school bus as a which is my part-time job and in remaining time I work on perfecting my cooking skills. The reason for selectingLatin restaurant is that I am always attracted towards the skills and techniques used in preparation of Latin dishes. I have always perceived this goal in my mind to open restaurant in as I have a deep love for the food andthe creativity you canexploreand experiments you can carry out with different food items and cooking techniques. For opening my dream restaurant I chose Lima as it is home city and have grown up their so I am acquainted to the places very well. Professionally I wanted to be chefbut with timeI grew an interest, love and affection for experimenting with Latin food item specially with seafood, potato and green vegetable so I ended up in cookingfoods items form this cuisine. Another aspect for choosing this cuisine that people of Peru and south America are fond of trying traditional Latin dishes with new twist and taste. So presentingunique menu that mixes local ingredients with modern culinary techniques will lead to make my restaurant a big hit. For the menu I have decided various food item which are my own creation and some of them are very famous among my friends and peers especially for beetroot, kale salad with tacos filled with different seafood stuffing and honey dip. The food business is one of the most profit generating business among all the industry around the world and frommy high school l I have been studyingthe trends in food industry and the influence people have with change in trend and taste. I have secured funds for opening the restaurant from saving from job income and have applied for a loan which will be granted in few days along with this two of my friends are also interested in same business so they are ready to fund the business. One of the also loves cooking and experimenting with raw material so that will be also act as a boon to my business. The management of restaurant will be done by a whole team which I have decided will be headed by one of my friend and the kitchen and cooking will becarried out under my guidance and I will also be chef in my restaurant and people will taste my inventions and I can improve cooking skills for better. To open a restaurant serving Latin food items with a new twist my dream from my childhood as my grandfather owed a food truck and I used to help him in 1
cooking and serving people. He had a pure love for authentic dished and in want to carry his dream along with mine one step ahead by putting a twist of innovation in this authentic recipes. 2
