INTRODUCTION
Tour operation management play vital role in today's economy because tourism sector is
fastest growing. This sector contribute huge amount in national income and tourism is best
income as well as employment which help in developing economy. There are several tour
operators or planner main role of there is satisfying customers with their different products and
services. The person who is having special qualities of managing tour like holidays and tourism
for customers are known as tour operators. This report explain tour operation management and
this is based on two companies Trail-finders and Kuoni both having good market reputation in
tourism sector (Barratt,Choi,and Li2011). These organisation provide variety of services which
make holidays and other destination visit better and use various techniques as well as tools which
help in generating revenue or also in boosting tourism sector in economy. This sector requires
several development and modification so that these can make customers comfortable and
encourage them to buy their products.

2.1 Assess changes and timescale involved in developing holidays
Tour operators have to do market research so that they can make effective packages
according to need and demands of the customers. This help in making effective and proper
holidays packages with the help of various steps. Trail-finder is the company who arrange
education tours and luxury coaches for their comfort trip was of 5 nights, age group of students is
18 and 42 students are their this trip of Brugge, Belgium and London of Brussels.
