CURRENT AND RECENT TRENDS FACTOR IN TRAVAL INDISUTRY
Tour industry has very large scope in UK. There are various approaches used by travelling
company to satisfy the need customer. There is need of various plans as per requirement of
consumer. There is difference in customer need and demand as per age, atmosphere location, etc.
These days’ public want comfort with full flex services, this creates more scope for tour business. It
is important for management of Trail finders that there should be regular test done to know what is
the preference of customer is and accordingly there is change in their plans and policies and
decisions. As the UK market expands in travelling there is increase in competition also. This
impacts the economy of country as well.
Globalization- Tour business provides worldwide reach. These days there are chances that
company provides services as per need of customer. This makes customer satisfied and there is
increase in scope for reaching at different places for company as well. To provide services it is
important for management of Trail finder to analyse the options which can provide to customer in
affordable prices.
Latest technology- Travelling line is most technological updated. There is need to provide latest
technology so that it gives more satisfaction to customer. Company can compete in market if there is
use of latest technology. These days’ customer wants Wifi at every places. In that case if company
faces to provide Wifi this affects the customer satisfaction. They can use navigation system properly
so that they lead to vivist and rach to particular destination where they wish to go. This enables in
make them satisfy which enhance chances of return again and again.
Diversity in services- There in change in services provided by trail finder as per culture of
customer. It is important to analyse what customer expect. There is change in services provided by
trail finders as in change in location of their business. There are variations in services as per
geographical region. It provides edge to company over other firms.
Customized services- It is important to know which type of customer is there and season also
affects the services. These days there is flexibility in services offered, it is essential because some
people want tom enjoy place in less time while some want to enjoy few places. Due to shortage of
time company has to provide tail made services, these are modifying according to need to client. In

have their applications which provide knowledge about what they serve. They can use various new
modes as well like social media etc. so that more and more individuals get aware about
