The article focuses on the flexibility aspects through which organizational management
can be effectively optimized. The authors provide their views in regards to improvement of
responsiveness. The production practices according to the authors are being made more flexible
across the various organizations to improve adaptability. Reconfiguring systems and usage of
newly developed technologies towards the same was found to be effective towards the creation
of a flexible management environment. The article mainly focuses on the optimization of
management skills along with the usage of technology that can help towards obtaining
managerial flexibility.
According to Quinn et al. (2014) through various aspects concerning their effective
leadership managers can provide stability to the productive mechanism of an organization.
However, as pointed out in the concerned article, the functionality of managers can be improved
only through the use of better management oriented systems and technology. Managers are
human being and cannot completely live up to the standards of efficient and flexible leadership
