sanitisation approach within the daily operationsand making appropriatechanges as per changing governmental requirements. There are several advantages which are being associates with the implementation of precautionary methods as per the government requirement. Some of the prime associated advantage associated with the precautions is that organizations are being able to develop a positive image in front of the customers. With this approach organizational clients are being assured that proper corona guidelines are being followed and therefore due to which they will be highly motivated to increase their level of engagement with the corporation (Ranasinghe and et.al, 2020). Through this step it can be ensured that hospitality industry is being able to maintain its active source of income and also because of which appropriate steps can be taken to improve overall work productivity. There are several associated disadvantages as well and this happen because of the fact the fact that companies have to make significant changes within their operations. Some of the associated disadvantages which are being associated with the following the COVID-19 guidelines is that number of visitors visiting the company has to be reduced. Therefore because of which economic growth is being reduced and also because of which return of initial investment which is being made by the corporation is drastically being affected. This becomes important for the corporate because of the fact that during the period of lockdown organizational sales were being stopped. Therefore the amount of rent, management of proper supply and other expenditures are to be paid by the available balance (Bas and Sivaprasad, 2020). Thus due to this several corporations which are not having sufficient financial balance are unable to take suitable steps through which they can secure sustainability. Thus due to this inability to overcome the expenditures during the COVID-19 pandemic several organizations have to implement market exit method. In the present time international travelling is being reduced and because of which companies are not being able to maintain their economic growth. Therefore because of which it is highly important for the companies that it is being able to take appropriate step by which it can attract local as well as international traveller (Ntounis and et.al, 2021). Thus due to which several innovative steps have to be taken by the company, through which it can ensure that it is being able to take suitable steps by which overall capital investment to be made in order to maintain high level of sustainability can be improved.
Companies within the hospitality industry have to ensure that their sustainability within the market place is being maintained and also with that companies make several efforts to achieve an competitiveedge.Throughthisitcandevelopahigherpositionwithinthemarketby implementing market penetration methods (Nicola, M. and et.al, 2020 Kim and Lee, 2020). Therefore with this approach corporations have to guarantee that they are being able to take appropriate steps by which new and trendy crowd can be attracted towards the corporation by which overall sales can be increased. Also with that overall supply chain of the corporation has to be improved in terms of providing organizational services to the customers. The changes within the hospitality industry are also very important for the corporation, due to the fact that it has to guarantee that new products are being provided to the customers by following the product life cycle. Product lifecycle is the organizational approach in which customer’s level of interest in terms of utilizing the organizational products and services is being evaluated. It is an graphical approach in which the new product is being introduced within the market and then is being utilized by the loyal customers of the company and then extended to the peak level at which it is being able to achieve high level of customer engagement (Burlea- Schiopoiu and et.al, 2021). With that this also being important for the company also due to the fact that it has to guarantee that it is being able to take appropriate steps by which new product is being provided to the customers. Before the initiation of decline phase in customer’s decreasing level of engagement with the product. Changes within the hospitality industry can be implemented with the organizational step in which company can evaluate its performance in context to the organizations which are properly following the COVID-19 guidelines. Also with that are being able to achieve high sales, therefore on that bases companies have to develop its working strategy to fulfil the established performance gap. Also this becomes significant for the institute due to the fact that with this approach it is being able to ensure that it is being able to take suitable steps by which proper monitoring can be established. Changes within the organizational working can be established in terms of increase the utilization of technological advancements. In this approach hospitality industry can increase the use of technological advancement within its daily operations. This becomes significant because several corporations are being able to shift their operations from tradition to digital online means
with which they are being able to tale suitable appropriate steps. Through which new strategies are being developed in terms of attracting new customers with the use of digital platform. Also this becomes significant due to the fact that corporations can use this approach to attract new customers. While also at the same time maintaining the proper fellowship of the COVID-19 guidelines in which minimum physical contact is being established. Changes in hospitality sector can also be implemented with the organizational approach of shifting its operations to online means and this can be seen in the case in which organizational services can be implemented, through company website and mobile application (Kaushal and Srivastava, 2021). This becomes significantly important for the corporation also due to the fact that this has to ensure that it is being able to take appropriate steps. By this customer’s interaction level with company departments like front desk, reservation maker and many more can be reduced. The shifting of organizational services to the internet will also empower company to develop its brand awareness to the international customers. This is also significant for the corporation that it is being able to attract the international customers as well because through this step organizational sales can be increased. Through this positive organizational image can be developed by which premium pricing can be established to attract new customers by which overall high sales can be achieved. Increased work complexity because regular health check up of employees and customers, is an important part of COVID-19 guideline which has to be followed by the tourism industry. This happens because the governments have to ensure that the overall spread of the virus can be contained and therefore because off which the active case of positive COVID-19 case has to contained in the early stage (Gössling, Scott and Hall, 2020). Therefore because of which companies have to implement specific medical and health check-up facilities within their daily operations. With this approach it is being able to ensure that violation of legal legislation is not happening and also with that appropriate work productivity is also being accomplished. Organizations have to guarantee that it is being able to take appropriate steps by which overall impact of COVID-19 can be reduced (Kaushal and Srivastava, 2021). Thus in order to reduce the impact of COVID-19 several steps have to be taken by the companies, however this is not as easy as it is being said. This happens because there are several associated challenges as well which has to be faced by the corporations which tend to provide their services to the international customers.

Hospitality industry is being forced to reduce its customer count so that COVID-19 guidelines can be followed. Whereas companies which tend to provide their services like online booking sites or the restaurant which have successfully implemented online brand awareness and through which are being able to sell their products through options like home delivery. This is an significantly important step for the companies because with this approach they are being able to maintain their sales. In the present time companies often tend to implement practises like business collaboration in which different partner company is being chosen such that it is able to provide a decent type of products and services while having a large customer base (Haryanto, 2020). Therefore with this approach company tend to ensure that it is being able to develop a product which is having the advantages of both the partner companies. Also through this ensures that the final achieved product is new within its respective field and by which several steps can be implemented to increase overall organizational sales.
