Responsible tourism is the main element of travel and tourism sector which places more

encourages business unit to contribute their effort in the sustainable tourism (Brown, Smith and
Assaker, 2016). On the basis of this aspect, it is the responsibility of TUI travel to offer job
opportunities to people and thereby contribute in the economic growth and development.
Moreover, if the business unit offers employment opportunity to people than the standard of
living of the local people increases to the significant level.
Travel and tourism is the wide sector which includes number of industries such as
hospitality, airlines etc. Thus, TUI travel needs to develop and offer job opportunities to people.
From statistics, it has been identified that travel and tourism is highly growing sector who
accounts for 11% to world's GDP. By taking into account this aspect, TUI travel needs to
develop tour packages in accordance with needs and expectations of the customers. Moreover,
desires and expectation level of customers also differ from individual to individual. In this
regard, TUI travel needs to design varied and attractive tour packages for young, adults and old
age people. For this purpose, company is required to encourage their existing and potential
