To solve their issues, company canconsider different analysis tools such as SWOT, PESTLE, etc. It helps to understand betterthings through the company can resolve problems in systematic way. With the help of PESTLE,it has been assessed that tourism sector create high growth in GDP. There is more fund requireoperate functions in systematic way. Therefore, it includes budget allocation for researchtourism. Tourism sector is growing rapidly due to increasing number of visitors across the globe.Furthermore, various promotional activities are planned by businesses in tourism sector to attractlarge number of customers. GDP growth of the country create several advantages to improvetourism activities and customer base as well. NSW holds the highest GDP in the New Zealand interms of tourism development which is recorded as 34 percent of overall GDP. In this context,Black-Sheep has aimed to enhance customer base by designing and providing consumer-orientedservices. Recommendation for company can be that they can invest more on market survey inorder to have identification of customer’s needs (Mariani, Buhalis and Vitouladiti, 2014). Alsoapplication of work practice measures is also critical aspect to refer for the organisation. Inaddition to this, the company is using effective processes to operate in travel and tourism sectorfrom last 20 years. The tourism industry offers various growth opportunities such as: expanding revenue,generating employment and satisfying customers. With the help of several attractive packagesexperience, private and self-plan can be develop in Black-Sheep touring. Along with this, thereare several issues faces by the company that might impact on development of operations.
