INTRODUCTIONTravel and tourism is a segment of hospitality industry in which various organisationsoperate to provide several conveyance services and facilities. In the current scenario, thissegment is operating on a global platform and has high growth rate. Hideaway is a privatelimited company which has a chain of hotels in domestic market and has decided to spread theirbusiness globally with the help of travel and tourism services. In this project report keydifferences of travel and tourism organisations are discussed along with their responsibilitywhich are operating globally. External and global factors impacting this sector are alsomentioned along with its exemplification.
