The current assignment will be based on tourism industry which consider in the list of most productive nations. The report will define contemporary tourism and justify its development along with important forces. It may also clarify positive and negative environmental, economic, and social culture impacts of tourism. In the recent time, tourists who are interested in cultural and emotional elements of travel may gain the chance to do actual travelling experiences based on interrelation with local community. This term encompasses several activities process in interested including pilgrimage. It may give rise to share different categories such as business, support, ecotourism, business and medical tourism (Rahmafitria and et.al.,2020).Inthewesterntraditionwellorganizedtravelwithsupportingsightseeing, infrastructure and in efforts on important destination as well as experience might be found in Asian room and agrees which may rely claim to the origin of its vitiation of historic sites and heritage tourism.
In the world of venture there are several factors exist which may contribute to grow tourism or over an industry in effective manner. For example, Technology factor contribute to promote tourism industry worldwide is it in compasses different type of digital marketing channels that organizations in the sector utilize for purpose of generating awareness about their business products and services (Martins, Dominique-Ferreira and Pinheiro, 2021). Along with this factor management may consider more such as political social economic environmental and legal. Each of this factor may put direct impact or get impacted from tourism. Some of these factors put positive impact on choose an industry or rest of them may put negative impact on same. All above factors influence success growth productivity and profitability of sector (Tang, 2021). Discussing and identifying positive and negative economic impacts of tourism There are several types of factors accessible in this world that me both positive and negative impact on economy and its growth. For example, tourism is the best example of those factors that may put impact on economy or economic force in two ways. Positive impact- The best positive impact of tourism in the context of economy is its contribution to increase employment extent. In tourism industry organization provided various employment opportunities to local people and provide them facility to leave a normal life for which they work harder. According to current era due to unemployment people are facing several issues as they are unable to survive and enhance their living standard which may lead to decrease their motivationanddriveattentiontowardscriminalactivities.Byprovidingemployment opportunities to individual person tourism industry may support to boost their morale and confidence level which is quite important for anyone to have so.It was supposed to generate income and make people capable to spend money in the context of fulfilling their needs. Negative impact- Tourism along with putting positive may also impact economic element in negative manner. For example, it may contribute to increase prices of services and goods, which may create challenges for the poor and needy people to fulfil their basic needs. Identifying positive and negative socio-cultural impacts of tourism Tourism is often related with contract between traditions, behaviors and cultures as well as values. It is considered a concept where tourists and hosts may effort to learn better about from each other, through direct connection. Positive- Socio-cultural impact of contemporary tourism defines the effect on host nations and communities. For example, it may put positive impact on this factor, in term of changing living standard of local people as many visitors may drive their attention toward adopting trending practices, which may move them across traditional limitations such as to educate themselves better than now (Öznalbant and Alvarez, 2020). Tourism development may provide an accurate change to obtain acquainted with people of many cultural units from international and national regions. Comprehending between people belongs to different nations may support to develop better cross cultural understanding, which is quite important for everyone to learn so. Tourism may offer cultural exchange between visitors and hosts. Negative- Increasing number of criminal activities is the best example of negative socio-cultural impact of tourism (Upadhyay, 2020). Just because of watching people living luxury life, and spending money on costly products, residents in host nations may conduct criminal actions as they also take pleasure of everything, but unable to do so because of poverty and lack of resources. Furthermore, tourism may put negative impact on social and cultural factors in term of increasing anti-social activities and losing of religious and moral values (Milićević, Podovac and Đorđević, 2020). It may decrease bonding of family structure and advertise nuclear family forms. It may affect negatively in term of drug abuse. CONCLUSION On the basis of above discussion, it has been identified that tourism industry has contributed towards growth of economy. It has contributed to enhance the living standard of a local people by providing them facility to earn money and live a normal life like other peoples. It has identified from about analyses that choose and industry put positive impacts in a varied terms and also efforts to overcome the negative one which is important and beneficial for its business
growth. Analyses it has been concluded that tourism has contributed to improve the local heritages of a nation which gained the attention of many people towards visiting historical places as the love to get more information about historical eras. Suggestions- It can be said that tourism industry may put positive impact upon economic social cultural and environmental factors in the future positively. When it conducts the CSR practices in detailed manner for example it can promote sustainability within several organizations that has been working under it.
