INTRODUCTION
Tourism refers travel for delight business that involves theory and practices of tourist.
Basically tourism is the business of attracting the people to travel, accommodating and
entertaining people who want to travel in other country. It may be international, or within own
country to know the places and things of country. The main reason of this report is to understand
the value of tourism and travelling and its destination. This report is about Brazil country that
contains wonderful places to visit and travelling (Blanchette and da Silva, 2016). This is a
country of powdery white sand beaches,rhythm-filled metropolises and verdant rainforest and
wild. This research cover explanation of destination, location, development and appeal as a
tourist destination. Moreover, it will covered type of tourist attraction, types of visitors and
motivation to visit this attraction. It will also contain economic value of the destination to the
Brazil and worldwide that helps to increase number of visitors.

1. An explanation of destination including location, development and appeal as a tourist
destination
Brazil is the greatest country in South America, movement from Amazon basin in the
north to monumental and vinery falls in the southern. Rio de Janeiro, symbolic representation
that is approximately 38m higher statue on the top of mount Corcovado, that is famous for its
busy Ipanema, and Copacabana beaches. It also involves featuring parade floats, raucous
carnaval festival, samba music, dance and colourful attire. In additional, Brazil is the fifth largest
nation in all over the world that has a relation with Spain such as both are member of enterprise
of IBERO American states. Brazil includes over 70 national parks and number of monuments by
including one of the Seven Wonders of the World that is Rio Janeiro (Cooper, ed., 2015).
Destination with location:
Rio de Janeiro: This is one of the best statue in Brazil country which perfectly blends
golden shores and a active metropolis to create a home for six million residents. Rio de Janeiro
means where city and nature meet at one place. It is located -22.90 latitude and -43.21 longitude
and situated at elevation 5 meter upper of sea area. In other words, it is second most populated
city in Brazil that has a big statue of on the top of mountain.

It can be conclude as appeal as a tourist destination because it is wonderful and beautiful
city that is visits by number of people every month. It is a developed city and also mentioned
about its statute in books as one of the best wonders in the world so it helps to influence visitors
to visit.
Belo Horizonte: This is best and famous destination in Brazil that is known for bars
instead of banging night clubs. It consist number of bars packed collectively in order to make the
ideal late night drinking spot for society and winding up end of the week. It the best place for
food that helps to serve from mobile stalls to sophisticated restaurants. It is located in the
southern eastern region in Brazil, approximately 430 km north of Rio de Janeiro. It established in
1965, that contains Brazilian football Museum near by Pampulha lake and Pampulha
Architectural complex ( FRENZEL and et.al., 2015).
It is famous as well as developed city that is near by Rio de Janeiro. It is in demand of
tourist who come in Brazil are also interested to visit this place.
Sao Paulo: This is buzzing cosmopolitan city in Brazil that has above 13 million people
and it is suggested as business as financial capital of Brazil. It is located South east side in Brazil,
around half way between Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba. This is famous for business industry that
involves commercial business. It also contains galleries, museums and international restaurants
that helps to attract visitors.
As Rio de Janeiro is one of the best city same Sao Paulo is also a famous city for business
industry that has high level of building and tourism business. People are more aware about this
place and appeal to visit this city/place.
Bonito: This is a small and peaceful town of Brazil which is located in Mato Grosso do
Sul on border of comprises crystal clear fresh water pools, Pantanal and deep abysm that helps to
create a unique ecosystem. Moreover, it is a place that helps to attract visitors by its ecology and
beauty of nature. It is famous destination because it contains clear blue rivers from where
breathing device can be imagine an amazing manner.
It is most in demand or appeal because is heart of eco- tourism that contains optimum
visiting time period between December and March that is during the spring season. It is in
development like it provides green vegetation, abundant food for animals and rivers are so high
that influence visitors ( Garrigós - Simón, Galdón -Salvador and Gil-Pechuán, 2015).

Natural tourist Attraction: The Christ the redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana
and Corcovado are interesting place where tourist get attracted by natural beauty like climates,
beaches, mountains, and landscape. It influence the visitors to get fresh breathe and peace fully
environment that helps to increase number of visitors.
Man-made Attraction: Rio de Janeiro, Bonito and Sao Paulo a visiting place which is
made by human being to influence the people in order to entertainment for instance, museums,
theme parks, cultural centres and ancient monuments. Visitors are attracted by its building,
designs, and facilities that helps to increase number of tourists (Harris and Wise, 2017).
Range of visitors types and their motivation
Adventure visitors: This means people who are interested to see adventurous places that
helps to attract adventurous visitors to visit Brazil. Such as Chapada Diamantina national park
and Bonito are adventurous place located in south of Brazil. Visitors can experience hiking trails,
deep waterfalls, high hills and caves are amazing place to influence to adventurous tourist.
It motivate visitors to visit adventure places because it helps to increase adventure
activities such as trekking, mountaineering, mountain biking, cycling, scuba diving, rafting, zip

undisturbed natural areas intended as a low impact and small scale. This type of visitors focuses
on personal growth, socially responsible travel and environmental sustainability that give a
customer satisfaction. Serra do Roncador, Mato Grosso and Pau Brasil national park that is
ecotourism place in Brazil.
It motivates ecotourism visitors that helps to understand intrinsic motivation of ecotourist
instead of eco growth and nature based tourism. Moreover, to increasing market knowledge such

away from work place and home. Sao Paulo is a business visiting place where most of the person
are doing tourism business and its related business.
It involves number of motives that can attract visitors and support tourists towards future
business decision and motivation. By visiting places tourist can get ideas to run their own
business and might be motivate the growth of business in order to make profits.

hygiene factor has been create dissatisfaction among employees. Moreover, According to
this theory people become dissatisfied and act to get return. In Brazil, tourism company
who provides travel and tourism services involves hygiene factor such as pay, company
policies and administrative policies, fringe benefits, physical working condition and job
security that provides motivation to tourism's company and give motivation to work
continuously. These factor should be in tourism industry but it does not give long term
satisfaction . Moreover its presence is needed to motivate employees.
Motivation: This means factors whose existence is compulsory to motivate the
employees. In the absence of these factor employees do not get dissatisfied. In involves
