INTRODUCTION
Tourism is the wide sector in economy and it contributes huge amount for development
of country as well population. But because of several physical and vision disability people are
not able to travel around the world (Kim,Chung and Lee,2011). For solving such issues
government and tourism sector are introducing such facilities that can aid disable people to
enjoy travelling. There is requirement to resolve these problems because it is dream of every
individual to travel around the world whether they are fit or disable. Below mention assignment
will be answered on the basis of CARP Test which is the method of evaluating information
sources based on the criteria such as: Currency, Authority, Relevance & Reliability and purpose
or point of view.

able to travel. Persons who are facing these problems also love to travel so for this tourism sector
is managing such services that they can also visit places and explore world. Facilities are like
provide guide to disable tourist or such equipment to their family member which can assist them
in travelling around the world.

In tourism management, physical impairment constructed to determine several
modification and changes in order to provide facilities and live experience to disable person. For
tourism sector it is hard to implement such services through which disable person can travel
around the world. Because when any individual is physically disable then for them arranging
equipment at worldwide level is not possible. The person who can't walk, sit or move by their
own need help of any other person or mobility equipments. Whereas, several are going through
vision disability for them there is requirement of guide but it is not easy for tourism organisations
to provide guide for travelling around the world. Tourism sector organisation needs to provide
several facilities to their visitors on the basis of their desire and demand .
It is hard to make positive changes in such procedure of tourism management industry to
provide exact and accurate facilities to physically disable person. As per some research it has
been identified that people with disability faces maximum disappointment in order to participate
in visiting activities with others. For this, tourism management required to introduce higher

facilities and services for disable person to provide them marvellous experience by their quality
services.

The project is basically designed on the basis of interview as well as primary data in
order to analyse appropriate point of views of individuals. Tourism sectors always faces vast
changes and modifications on the basis of requirement and needs of different visitors. Demand
and desire of each individual is based on their age, gender and physical ability. The design of this
report used to manage data in order to make positive changes in tour and travel industry. On the
basis of this, tourism organisations conducts their program to provide maximum services to each
individual. The focus of this report is all based on interview procedure in which analyst needs to
determine their behaviour, desire and experience to render maximum opportunities to them.
Through this, organisations can analyse proper requirement of disable person on the basis of
their physical requirement. The identification and analysis theme of this research is designed on
three different stages in which data coded through most common elements on the categories and
religious, they are noted to identify them on timely basis and at last these informations are
expended according to new codes.

For conducting an research there is requirement of sample and in this article sample size
is universe. Because different age group persons are taken for purpose of research. There are
several peoples of different age group who are suffering from disability.
As per the views of 90 years old women she is blind and cant travel in public transports
because of their bad knees also. Thus, tourism management have to provide such services in
public transportation for blind and old age persons that they can travel one city and country to
another by their own. Whereas some people have low vision issues also a women of 27 years old
suffer many problems while travel because at that time they are out of their comfort zone. Thus,
in this situation tourism sector have to provide guide to the person who have low vision issues.
So they can travel around the world without loosing their comfort zone. Along with this there is
one more women who have disability of touch and feel she is of 61 years. While walking, sitting

and several other physical practices she feel that respective women cannot walk because of
sensations problem.
Critique the Analysis -
This report is all based on proper designing of visitors requirement and need toward
tourism industry as per the ground of their age group, gender and physical cognition. For this, it
is require to analyse demand and desire of individual to make positive changes and alteration in
services as well as facilities. All these approaches assist to build direct and long term relation
with tourists in order to get higher benefits as well as advantages. This research is classify in
several elements to get authentic information and proper data easily. The process is basically
classify in tree different approaches in which data coded by different sources to analyse them
with full perfection. After this, it will recorded to make proper modification on timely basis and
at last stage such information are expended on the basis of new requirement and changes need.
All these process aid to analyse physically disable visitors need to fulfil them easily by making
desired alteration. Main objective of tourism management industry is to provide effective and
marvellous experience to each candidate by putting their own efforts and accomplish facilities.
Through this they manage long term relation with them to getting higher benefits and advantages
easily.

After going through this assignment it has been concluded that tourism sector is wide and
people love to explore several places. Because of several disability many of the people cannot
explore the world or even not able to travel one city to another. For resolving such issues and
making happy disable persons tourism industry is managing several things which assist in travel
physical and vision issues people. Apart from this, taking views related to tourism management
interviews are conducted in which different age, gender and physical ability persons are
involves.

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion of tourism management article, it has been concluded that
every individual person wish to travel around the world no matter they have vision problem or
physically disable. Thus, for their facility government and respective sector enterprise is
introducing such facilities that each and every individual can travel wherever they want. Apart
from this respective sector is wide and fast growing along with this it contributes huge amount in
the development of economy. Moreover, research is conducted for identifying several things
which assist in taking major steps in tourism sector.
