INTRODUCTION
Tourism include social, cultural and economic aspects which directs the movement of people
to places outside their usual environment for the professional or the business purpose. In today's
world where the equal opportunities are provided to each and every one irrespective of man and
woman, a different side can be seen in terms of that women are represented downwards at the
professional level. One of the survey reported that women who is employed in tourism usually
earns between 10% and 15% which is comparatively less than the male counterparts. When it is
about how accessible tourism is than answer to this is simple that is it makes every person to
participate and enjoy the experience of tourism. Furthermore accessible tourism refers to the
confirmation that the products and services are accessible to every one regardless of their
physical limitations and disabilities or the age. For millennials now a days, tourism is considered
as purpose for gaining an experience(Çakar and Aykol, 2022). The world travel and tourism
council suggested that the fastest growing industry is the tourism. Culture and tradition is very
important for any country and therefore need to be preserved and sustained life time. The tourism
industry here needs to ensure that this might not get adversely affected. It has been observed that
when an individual is culturally sensitive, it not only cares about the local people but also for
their lives and culture. The report will cover all the aspects in detail. Thus the tourism industry is
equipped with the women as employees that made a significant contribution to the gender
equality and women empowerment in the poor countries. When local enterprises are considered,
it does not offer that products and services which the tourist prefer to buy.

Tourism industry is the most important sector for any country as a source of revenue generation.
Thus the UK is the world's 10th biggest tourist destination. The most famous destinations of the
UK comprised of London, Edinburgh, Oxford, Cambridge, York and Canterbury. The industry
was severely affected at the time of pandemic. Due to this government of UK imposed certain
restrictions on the less important travel. The pandemic has caused a major loss to all sectors of
the economy. The visitors started declining in 2020 and 2021. Tourism contributes around euro
106 billion to British economy and GDP and assisted in creating 2.6 million jobs(Cole, 2018). It
has been forecasted that the tourism industry will worth Euro 257 billion which is on an average
10% of the UK GDP. When inbound tourism is considered it started to regain its importance and
