INTRODUCTIONIn today's scenario hospitality industry is managing those people who move from oneplace to another in order to gain entertainment purpose or business function. It undertakesseveral companies like hotel, restaurants etc. Tourism is the practice of travelling to recreatesome function that is proceed by an individual in order to change the environment that helps tolearn new things. Along with this some trends that are useful for business areincluded in this report which helps an organisation to manufacture those products that areinfluences more number of customers to purchase them. Usually most of the tourist of twentycentury visits international country which determines that there is international rise in increase ofcountries. As most of present customers are self sufficient which perform different activities onself basis. Like hotel booking, travel operator, ticket buying etc. so they perform their work ondifferent basis. Within the last century there are continue changes are seen in hospitality industrywhich undertakes several aspect such as destination, food etc. and economy of country. Alongwith this in parallel period changes that mostly impact on hospitality business is due totechnological changes (Nunkoo, Gursoy and Ramkissoon, 2013). It context of this this changeshelps them to increase capability of infrastructure development, new methods of transportationetc. As a result traditional tourism industry which only developed for upper class is not able toattract more customers. So changes that take place in later twentieth century attract consumer onmass level which determines that middle and lower class are essential factor for individuals.Moreover it is also useful to attract investor that enhance their profits.
